NorCal_Jared, I was the banning Admin. You are welcome to play in our server as a guest. I banned you for wearing >XI< tags without being a member. Since you weren't a member and had not joined the forums, this was the only way to get your attention. I do take this as a serious offense. You are not a member and one of the things that happens to non-members is a redirect. It happens to really skilled players that I really like! Unfortunately, that's the breaks. 1. If you are asked by an Admin to become a member of >XI<, one of the things we do is a background check to see if you have committed any party fouls on our servers. This is unfortunately 1 strike against any such offer. 2. With your comment above...have removed my tag for now", This sounds like you are going to put it back on as it suites you. An Admin can see the logs of everyone that comes in the server. Please for your benefit, don't put the tags on again. It will be a permanent ban next time. I will lift the ban, but it may take a day to clear.

Well some know I have been on a journey and have shared some findings with those close to me here... From cancer to heart problems and lung problems...I have searched high and low for years for answers...We are all getting older and have children and Grandchildren coming up behind us and truth is it is to them we owe this knowledge even if it is to late for ourselves...This journey has led me down so many paths that I have more regrets in raising my own children the way I did... First thing first I wish to give a warning to everyone on some research that has been done in the medical field and is not being talked about to the general public...***Mercury and High Fructose Corn Syrup*** I could give links to both medical and Government findings and receipts but I always tell everyone to search for themselves and expect no one to simply believe my findings...However I beg each and everyone of you to do the work of researching for you and your loved ones... ( If needed I can lead you in the right direction ) Second is ***Vitamin D and the lack of*** this vital "hormone" and the cause and effect...With technology advancing in our homes and work/schooling places we are being less and less exposed to proper sunshine and this effect is very broad from weak immune systems to learning disorders/dependencies and a whole host of long term effects over ones life time that become horrific... Third is seeds and ***why we should not eat seeds*** as we do...Seeds by nature have a casing that assures they can lay in a permanent state of readiness to sprout...As we all know the acid in our stomachs can not break down these casings and they are the leading cause of cancers in ones digestive track...Seeds are naturally clingy and as such with out a high fiber diet they become stuck to the lining of your digestive tract and your stomach walls where your body will attempt to protect itself by encapsulating them "cyst" there by reducing your body from being able to absorb proper nutrients it needs...Think of your stomach as a colander and after every hole is blocked even water can not pass through... These are critical things I have listed and there are plenty more that I will get into later if there is interest from this thread...Everything I speak of here or that which may appear to be a suggestion to ones health must be taken up with your Doctor or Healthcare provider...Just I ask that you remember that no one knows your health better then you... Organic foods are best, avoid junk food, and for the love of life, do NOT use roundup! Cave man days we humans lived to about 30 if we were lucky. But if we take good care of ourselves, eat right, get exercise, so on and so forth, we just might live to 100! STAY AWAY FROM JUNK FOOD as much as possible, you go to a grocery story and it is everwhere, tempting us to buy it, eat it, serve it to our kids... no wonder so many folks have diabetes, cancer, get strokes... Now off to eat my chocolate bar and drink my wine oops...

Hi all, Some of you might recognise me from the cod4 Freezetag server. Well I have been playing there for quite some time although I know not very consistently - I tend to go through stints of playing. Nevertheless I wanted to register here and see where that leads! Maybe to playing much more often and/or play some other games like Insurgency: Sandstorm. I am not the biggest gamer but have always enjoyed playing in my spare time. When cod4 came out I was completely addicted and a member of the AiR (Army in Rage) clan for quite some time. They are no more though unfortunately. I'm from the UK and also enjoy motorcycles, music, CrossFit and I am really interested in health and nutrition. the underscores with my ingame name are because I had an account with just Oxen and it became corrupted but wouldn't let me recreate just Oxen I am just missing few post, I have been in the clan TS before and I talk on mic all the time in game. I registered way more than a month ago and way over 18, Only thing I am lacking is the posts but I am getting there.

Covid, We have done this dance before, haven't we? We have been round and round with you about your playing style and attitude. I went back and detailed everything about your past bans. Merlin was nice enough to lift those bans, but every time (given a brief rest) we come back to the same spot. If it was up to me, the ban wouldn't have been lifted the last time. no, I was not the banning party this time, but I did provide the team with my thoughts from your priors. Covid19, juiceworld, ariyah, iphone12, _MAIN_, [*EPA]COVID19, JohnAdam, PoopyToilet, JennieTalia, SSHBotnet, Wood_Jablome, stacer There were issues with your other aliases juiceworld and ariyah. Those were the reasons for the previous bans. Since the others were tied to either the same GUID or IP address, all were banned. Now, you took some time off, came back and now your game play has been such that another Admin or Moderator has suspected you of foul play. This, in such a short time. We are going to just cut to the quick, up front this time. I think Monkie said it best. It is just time to part ways. Thanks for your time.

Hi Covid, i am the Admin that banned you. this was due to a new observation put on your file regards to your game play. looking at your record you have been banned 3 times, 2 warnings, 1 kick and an observation. you have been back playing and its starts again with an observation re you knowing where players are. you have disrupted game play under different names (you admitted in a message to an admin you changed your details to get back in so you could play.) you openly admitted someone in your household was cheating under you name your were told on each ban it was your last chance but given 3 chances. you have been back for a few weeks and the same pattern is unfolding. the evidance is plain to see. Has a pick up so I can plug her in... sounds nice through my Marshall tube amp This puts me at a '72 Gibson SG Deluxe... a '92 Gibson SG Special, a 2011 '61 reissue Gibson SG in tv yellow (1 of only 100 made).... a 2018 Gibson Les Paul double cut in TV yellow.... a custom Walking Dead guitar (1 of only 200 made) a Yamaha acoustic and now a Taylor acoustic... quite a nest egg of guitars building

Don't leave out physical activity. Staying active, maintaining a lifestyle that gets you up, moving, and productive during your day helps tremendously. If you don't use it, your body atrophies. Staying active also promotes digestion, as well as regularity. Your guts don't like a packed colon that doesn't move. A positive attitude, and work/hobbies of interest also contribute to a healthy lifestyle. Nobody ever feels good after spending the day in front of a 65" tv, binge watching Shameless.

I agree with you , HFCS is bad its most found in sweet processed stuff , which bring to diabetes and others deceases. Since i did triglycerid in my blood i cut off all these sugars this could lead to diabetes if not taken care of. MErcury is a known poison , now found in biggers lakes fishes whwre water are polluted by some industries that dumps in water their waste. but for the seeds you learned something i did know.. but i know that eating good and natural food can cure a lot of problems and prevents deceases.
