Although I appreciate the fact that the MAJORITY of the world LOVES coffee I can say I’ve only tried coffee twice in my life! THE FIRST TIME AND THE LAST TIME WAS THE SAME TIME! Same goes for tea. Now alcohol was a different story. I did give it an honest effort but “NOT MY THING”!

I buy my favorite green coffees from around the world as they come into season & roast them myself. Too many places roast the flavor right out of the bean (Charbucks). No use paying for a particular bean if it's then roasted to hell & tastes the same as any other cheaper coffee. Kona, Yirgacheffe, Blue Mountain, Kenya, Sulawisi, Guatemalan, Sidamo etc. Actually enjoy a dry process brought to Cinnamon roast in the mornings. Really brings out the flavor profile.

Wayne I have always found Rainbow Trout to be very 'fishy' to the taste. Is it the way it has been prepared? Or perhaps not so fresh? I do love Salmon!

I first wish to thank everyone who has offered prayers and kind words during a very trying time. Late Monday night 3/20 or early Tuesday 3/21 after not feeling so hot for a few days I woke up with horrible pain in my chest and it felt like someone had parked a 1968 Buick on my chest that was so bad it woke me up. I was also sweating bullets and having trouble breathing. I woke my wife up ot of a sound sleep to tell her to get me my nitro pill and to call 911 and she started panicking. She gets horrible panic attacks and seeing her like that made it so much worse. The EMT's showed up after I had taken a second nitro and they confirmed I was having a big heart attack. They rushed me to the ER about 1.5 miles away and within a hour after several doses of Morphine I was in surgery and having angioplasty and a stent put in my fully 100% blocked right Coronary Artery. However this couldn't have come at a worse time as I had changed jobs 45 days prior and have no health coverage or earned time off. It looks so far that I may qualify for supplemental coverage from the State of Wa. under a new law but I still have to figure out how to cover our bills on much less income this month. I don't really need the added stress but hey this is the facts. I honest believe that it was your prayers, my friends and families prayers and all the positive energy sent my way that helped me survive something many don't get to because they never wake up or are too far from a quality hospital. They had defib pads on me before they left my bedroom because they thought I might not make the trip of 1.5 miles without my heart stopping. I am making progress and even played a little this weekend after being sent home to recover. I was allowed to return to my new job today and it was a little tough but got bills to pay. Thanks Again So Very Much to everyone for helping me and making me smile with those amazing words of encouragement. They meant so much to me and my wife. If anything changes I will send @loaderXI a message but lets hope the new meds and no more cigarettes will help a old man get a few more miles out of this ride. >XI< is the biggest most amazing Family anyone could ever be part of and please remember that from someone who has been around here a long long time and never plans to leave

Some of my more recent purchases. South America & Africa produce my favorites. I use a simple air popcorn popper & a long stem thermometer to do a small batch. Can achieve different flavors just by how far you roast a bean & how long you loiter in the Maillard temp range. Same process that gives steak, toast & anything else one browns that great flavor. However with coffee, you also have caramelization of sugars that contribute.

Try this:- gut and scale them (of course) then deeply score both sides of the fish on the thick part of the backbone. Rub ENGLISH mustard into the scores (yes I know everyone says, but trust me ENGLISH mustard - you won't taste it), cover all over with lemon or lime juice, marinade for 20 minutes. Then panfry in butter on a medium heat for around 2-3 minutes per side. I like mine with a bit of black pepper.

Great catch Wayne, I've just got back, at around the time you posted this I was Perch fishing and landed a 15lb Pike caught on a single worm, size 16 hook and 5lb mono, took me 20 minutes to net it and I had a crowd around me.

Now first off I know am a big pain in the ass, I won't dispute it. But we had a few maps today that weren't so good due to mixed spawns.. it makes for poor match when you end up spawning in the very back of the enemies area.. for a few days we were playing in the Vietnam server and it made for better game play cause you spawn on one side or the other. Now this week we are back to the owft server and back to messed up spawns. I know not much can be done about this unless you edit maps or whatever, I don't not know much about it. But is there any way we can get rid of the free for all versions of maps or maps that have random spawns? I know there is a fair amount of players that feel the same way as me. Maybe some can voice their opinions here as well. I know that there is a lot of rotations and a lot of maps. But if we were to cut out the free for all or death match versions and only keep the team death match map versions it might make for better gameplay.. Is there anything we can do to fix this? Anyways see y'all in game!!

Same here in Quebec my lake is still frozen all around!!!! Usually end of april we will be good!! Ill drop my boat here in mid may, had to reinstall my dock first wait for water get to a decent temperature that i can survive in LOL

We still haven't put our boat in, the water level is so low (Tennessee River that runs thru Knoxville) don't know what is up with that! Cannot wait! For all you idiots coming to the XI fest in Gatlinburg, there are so many lakes around this area, if you have the time, you could rent a boat and putter about fish/speed/sightsee around the lakes/rivers. I'm very glad that you are back and will be ok. My dad had an emergency stent put in and then was sent to a specialist for bypass surgery years ago and his ticker has been doing good. Take it really easy for atleast a few weeks. If you start feeling tired you have overworked yourself. Keep yourself well hydrated. Stay away from the beer and caffeine because they do cause dehydration and caffeine is not good for your ticker. 1 cup of coffee in the morning is ok but I would not drink more than that. You need a beverage that has plenty of electrolytes. Gatorade and other sports type drinks that have electrolytes taste like ass but they will keep you hydrated. Back when I was doing road work for the state and when I was working for the State Park they used to hand out Salt Tablets because eating Salt kept you from dehydrating nearly as fast. Then the doctors say that taking to much salt is very bad for your health? lol Gatorade only came in Lemon Lime and Orange flavors until around 1995. They were disgustingly bitter and about the only place you could buy it was at a Fitness Center. I absolutely hate something that tastes like that nasty Pink Lemonade that my grandma used to make for me when I would stay over at her place. She did not put nearly enough sugar it in. That crap was so bitter that you I wanted to run back outside and shove the garden hose in my mouth. I didn't want to tell her how absolutely horrible it was, because that is just something that you did not do. lol And I didn't want to hurt her feelings by telling her how HORRIBLE that crap was.

We try to watch for maps where the spawns are random, it's a funny shit show on a smaller map. Now, there's the odd map where a single player will spawn on the wrong side so only thing you can do there is to nut up and run like hell lol.
