If it's randomly rebooting, check the power supply. Try booting in Safe Mode like loader said. Also some versions of windows such as Vista have recovery mode, takes you back to last known working configuration.

If you have a spare HD other than the SSD, try loading that up and running it. If I'm not mistaken OC SSD's use the Sandisk controller in their SSD's. I've had two different SSD's that use the Sandisk controllers and they didn't last very long. I now have the Samsung 840 Pro 256 GB SSD and it's great ! Samsung makes their own controllers. Also, check your bios to make sure it's  set up correctly.

go back to basics.  unplug everything not need to just get it to boot.  use onboard sound and  video if it has it.  Only use one stick of ram.  only use one hard drive.  add one item at a time and perform stability test until the failing component is located.  On my new build I had 4 sticks of ram at 4gb each and one would randomly crap out and BSOD or lockup.  Best of luck

Do you by chance have an ATI graphics card. They put up on the CCC download page that their last version, or one before that, had problems with AHCI.

I'd check the psu to make sure it's stable. when it's unstable all kinds of issues will show up.
