As Cobra said it's not against the rules so we need to suck it up because it is not going to change anytime soon. On a side note would you all like the maps that this happenes in eg all the various version of mp_arbor to be taken out of future rotations? Or put up with strategic blocking on the odd occasion? Using auto-thaw you can even look in the direction of the frozen player in the doorway. All I hear is "don't thaw me don't thaw me" "don't thaw him don't thaw him" haha So it's like OK I'll just lay here in the grass I guess. Try blocking the doors when playing with @@P!nk, I think you remember what happened last time. That kinda game play ruins it for everyone in the other team. This is not to say I have not done the same in the past to get easy spam kills but I felt cheap and dirty. All you need is one mofo to go AFK the next thing you know everyone is stuck in that little shack in a tailgate position. To put it succinctly, fock you cobra you no bite. It's down to your personal view on sportsmanship. Some would say blocking is bad sportsmanship, again that view is determined at that time by which team is being blocked. At this stage it is part of the game and quite frankly it happens on so few maps that it doesn't even deserve this level of fuss. Until it is written in stone, players can block and should not be berated for it. If they are on your team then defrost them if you don't agree on the tactic. Not everyone will agree with this but it's how it is. We have very few rules and not blocking isn't one of them. Hence it being a block So the enemy team can't do a thing. I melted the people who want to win with the 'block the door technique' and got yelled at. People.. It's FREEZETAG, so I will do everything in my power to melt my team. Whether you are blocking a door, window, path or whatever else!!
