I envy you both for living up there. A beutiful state to see. I drove an all-nighter from Spokane WA to Great Falls MT last February and took Rt 200 between Missoula and Great Falls. A very stormy night with heavy rain, and heavy snow in the higher elevations. Had to lock up my brakes a few times for elk and deer crossing the road. My nerves were shot by the time I arrived. I had to change the way I drive at night when I moved here, now I occasionally look at the road but most of the time I'm looking for deer on the shoulder of the road. When the rut starts (breeding season) the Bucks are stupid with love and will gladly walk out in front of oncoming traffic if there are Does on the other side. . . . . . .
