Try reseating the CPU and reapply thermal compound. Look closely at the motherboard socket and CPU for bent pins or darker colored burnt pads. If that doesn't help and everything looks OK? check and see if there is a newer Bios available for the motherboard.If still a no go? Just remove 2 sticks. You do not need any more than 16gig for anything unless you are rendering high quality video or something.Truthfully you can run 8gb and play any game out there just fine.
