I actually quit smoking exactly 4 weeks ago. What helps me is to vape though I don't do it as often (I wasn't a big smoker either). I'll quit vaping though probably this winter as it's just to help me when I get in a bad mood lol

I used a vape for about 6 months to kick a 30 year smoking habit.now been smoke and vape free for 2 and 1/2 years.congrats on quitting smoking.

Snoking 15 years now, about 1.5 pack a day. Orderered a vaper for my birthday (september 12th) and planning to give up smoking then. Think it will help improve my times on the marathon (doh :p )

7.5 years smoke free from smoking 2 packs a day. Used the Champix pill to quit myself, worked wonders for me

I quit cold turkey last January,feels better breathing.All I know is that if you have 1 or 2 smokes after you quit you'll probably start again,I know this cause I've quit before for 4 years and that was before I went to the first >XI< fest had one of your Marlboros, remember Olive and before you know it I was back at it.This time that's it those fucking things, they are useless and dirty.They're making it tough over in Canada to smoke,I mean they even hide the cigarettes in shelves behind panels so they are not visible.You are not even allowed to smoke in a park where kids are playing baseball or any organized sport or city property or children in your car. I've never heard of anyone getting busted for this though.The best thing is DON'T START!

oh by the way for all that smoking i have lost 20-30 percent of my lung capacity and have a pacemaker/defibrillator in my chest get the big picture

My opinion is that this should be at the very least a 90 day ban. Just the fact that someone has access to the account that is saying those things makes me feel this way. I dont care who was actually doing it. This is the reason accounts have passwords and you are responsible for that account and what happens on it as if it were you. I have a hard time believing that your brother did that. There wasnt any attempt to say anything like that untill the chat filter went down. You were also the first one to start with the racist comments. If any other admin disagrees then speak up.

Thanks to everyone for the support. I have been truly blessed. First, with good health, opportunity and a good career that has allowed me to provide and raise a family comfortably (I did pay my "dues" early on with my employer!). And now for my wife, Deb to have gone through successfully prove He watches over me. I know that life can turn at any time, as you say Papa, so I appreciate every day! Spending some time in a hospital opens ones eyes to our mortality!
