Can't quite remember when I first started playing in the freeze tag server getting mauled but it has been a bit. Great fun and good stress relief. Have never spent time here being busy guy that I am. I have the best app ever made glance at sky, is it dark or light ? lick end of finger and find wind direction gauge temperature by the sight of my 'nuts', tight and wrinkly it's cold, loose and swinging warm, damp it's hot risk assess chances of flooding, lightning strike, snow, ice etc by ignoring them step outside worked well for over 60 years, no electricity or computer required

Maybe- if you don't already- make a conscious decision to, what I like to call, set your intentions every morning. Positive self-talk is important also, for me, throughout the day. Don't know what your internal dialogue is, but many peoples', about themselves, the outside world & their relationship to these things imbues their reality more negatively than is healthy. Intention, attention, resolve, perspective... it's work, but like the current program, becomes more automatic with practice.
