Thanks for feedback. Found that for some reason the Input Device for Stereo Mix had been disabled. Once I enabled it everything was fine. Go figure???? Hope this may help someone else should the same problem occur. Cheers

besides obvious in the options audio to turn in game voice on lol when in game in lobby or in game look at bottom of screen menu bar, theres a speaker icon make sure not got x and mute all ,if it has click on if it possible

A couple of things......if they use combat medic in conjunction with lightweight, they can get even further - so depending on the size of the map, it could be possible to get to enemy spawn pretty easily. Also, if the player had become a car or predator in your spawn, they would suddenly appear again where they had called their killstreak. Not sure about other possibilities.......others may have better explanations lol.

Seems a whole lot of people are getting that but no common cause. I suppose its a matter if you want to spend hours and hours banging your head against a wall or waiting until they fix it. We are talking about *BIG* money here so you can rest assured they are working hard to replicate the problem and dealing with it. ?
