I hope you took this on as a pro bono case. You "client" Mr. Brick has failed to take care of his parental responsibilities and now is in debt with the state of Wisconsin for the sum of $1070. So not only is he in default with the state of Wisconsin, he is in default with the sum of $2033.41 from the members of the XI community. And soon will be in default with you and your firm. I would suggest that you obtain a cease and desist order if you feel that your client is in harms way of members of XI.

Sir, I have sat here reviewing your comment's against my client, and for you to be someone to represent the people here is just unheard of. You sit here and push blame on someone, and you yourself have been in some bind's over this course of time over the times of the current situations through the whole world economical conditions. I have re-evaluated your remarks on our forums.

 

1. I do not, nor have ever made a statement claiming that I am the representative of the group called "Xtereme Idiots"

2. I never pushed blame off on any person or persons involved.

3. My past, either good or bad is in no way involved in this matter.

4. My associations with the a fore mentioned individual "X-Ray" is more involved then a "Lawyer" would know.

5. I never used you "client" as an "escape" goat. (please use proper English. "Scape" is the word you were looking for."

6. Again, you have repeated your previous comment about my past. As any reputable lawyer knows, it's not about emotions. you seem to have an invested emotion in this issue.

7. This "XI-Fest Thing" also has nothing to do with the case that you are supposed to be representing. So please stop multi tasking.

8. If you feel that I have "brain washed" any individuals that have an involvement in this matter, I would ask that you please provide me with this proof of coercion.

9. What political gain will I achieve from this action that has been perpetrated by your client?

10. There was no "situation against him" on my part.

 

"Rick James" has made a judgment in error and should make the corrective actions to the people that he has wronged. I believe the legal term is 'restitution".

 

In short, your clients access to the web site and game servers to manipulate the status and actions of my duties as an "XI" administrator was more then gross neglect on his judgment and can be construed as a federal offense, the same as his mishandling of the donations from members and friends of the Extreme Idiots clan that were to be delivered to a friend of ours that was on hard times after he lost everything.

I have had many decades of experience with attorneys and have written my share of legal briefs. Either this is a load of crap from RickJames, or, this lawyer is an idiot. But to verify it, I have e-mailed said attorney (not using the address he gives above but one I located for his office) to inquire about it. We'll see. Yes it is a criminal offense...Attorney's are sworn officers of the court...Also I believe a case could be made civilly (although it may be a stretch) for defamation by the real Attorney...

Wow, RJ is just committing suicide now...my ex-wife is an attorney and there is no way she'd ever make a post in a public internet forum regarding one of her clients. Check the server logs re. the time of his last post and we should be able to figure out the IP. When we hear back from the real Rosenthal, we can turn that information over to him should he wish to have it to take whatever action he might. A subpoena to the provider will reveal who we're dealing with.

 

But please don't carry on a conversation with this user. He is not an attorney. He does not represent that asswipe RickJames.

it's a load of crap. Any mention in a public forum of any hints to the particulars of pending litigation is a gross violation of the attorney/client privelege and in any state would be grounds for disbarment and revoking your priviledges to practice law in that state. I'm no attorney, but i have played one on television. An attorney would never mention somebody under their "gaming " name i.e. Mr Rugger or MR Gorilla......who are those folk but made up characters in a cyber world, as far as accountability goes and such in real life. A certified letter would have been sent to the address provided for donations to the site as RJ, having been here as long as he was, would have been able to provide..it was only posted for a couple of years on the home site. No lawyer worth his credentials on the wall would even think to represent RJ, to what, protect him from public scrutiny after commiting larceny????

 

On the off chance that one is stupid enough to do that, all these postings are now part of the body of evidence in the way of defense for defendant ">XI<"...cmon RJ ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING OR WHAT???????????????
