Any mention in a public forum of any hints to the particulars of pending litigation is a gross violation of the attorney/client privelege and in any state would be grounds for disbarment and revoking your priviledges to practice law in that state. I'm no attorney, but i have played one on television. An attorney would never mention somebody under their "gaming " name i.e. Mr Rugger or MR Gorilla......who are those folk but made up characters in a cyber world, as far as accountability goes and such in real life. A certified letter would have been sent to the address provided for donations to the site as RJ, having been here as long as he was, would have been able to provide..it was only posted for a couple of years on the home site. No lawyer worth his credentials on the wall would even think to represent RJ, to what, protect him from public scrutiny after commiting larceny????
