It wasn't Crytek. Have read an article, which I can't find anymore, but it was when Crysis 2 leak was out, and that was for a formal Crytek Dev that; E.A. had to much much hands into the Crysis series that Crytek had to adjust. Read the stories behind Warface and you know that it is a fact. But; I have to say that the Beta of Crysis 3 was not that clunky, but still. They have left the community behind and left in dust after the went into CryDev after Crymod. So many mods are still hidden and maps are hard to find. YES I agree with you like Black ops 3 its a very good game I have enjoyed and play most of the time at the moment, But a lot of guy's would not touch it because of how bad the first one was.. Me I tend to take each game as it comes and make my mind up as I go and yes I have bought a couple of stinkers over the years but hell I still played them to completion and keep them for future bored moments lol... We have a program on one of our satellite channels called "The Blurb" Johnny, it reviews games for the PC and consoles etc, they reviewed this on Monday, they were speaking to someone from Crytek is it? they said the graphics are not as good on this game as they were on Crysis2, this was done deliberately to pander to the console market, because Crysis2 graphic engine was supposed to be so good that only top of the range PC's could play on the highest setting, consoles are not powerful enough to reach these settings so they sort of downgraded it for this game, another slap in the face for PC gamers i think. Well I think if you ask me,I've never seen them this great.I don't listen or read those reviews I make up my own mind and this game to me is fantastic.I've just gone through a bit of campaing and I think it is amazing.The rest of you can continue playing the same old games.Sure we can't have dedicated servers,when's the last time we had them?I'm not shitting you SOB the game is looking brilliant.That's why I bought the last video card,I'm not any better but man is that game sweet. and I run everything on high with no OC and it runs and looks as smooth as butter.
