It knocked me off and I was left wondering what to do. I watched some stuff I had downloaded and went to bed. This morning when I woke up I still couldn't get on line. Yet my son was online as well as we connected a Samsung pad and it worked rather well. I called Comcast and did the whole realm of test they have you do along with switching lines with me son all to no avail. Then my son suggested I update my bios and my ether net drivers. This worked and got me online, but now it keeps closing and reconnecting all at inconvenient times. I have a good idea that I need to update some more things and have done this in the past but my memory is so bad I cannot remember what they are. Would someone be so kind as to male a list of things I need to update to correct this? Also while connecting it keeps throwing this message on the screen. I may have to uninstall yahoo chat and then reinstall but if so the so be it> Awards
