If you've had it, may I ask... - Did you try sleeping on the other side? Will they allow that? No way in hell can I sleep in a recliner. - Do you really have to keep your arm in a sling for six weeks? Can you fudge just a bit? - How in hell did you put your socks on? Thanks... You just have to work to find what range of motion you have that doesn’t hurt or irritate it till surgery. Everyone is a bit different and also depends on the damage. When I damaged mine I couldn’t raise my arm above shoulder height till it healed up. Sleeping for me wasn’t so much of a issue as long as I kept my arm low along my side
 Awards

I have a few questions. The rotator is made up of four tendons, did they tell you which ones specifically? Did you tear all of them or a combo. Is it partial tear or full thickness tears? I had to kept it strapped to my side that long. I also had the cold pack pump . Mine was a tear bone spire and calcium growth though a tendon. Now very little pain at all, but PT was tough. But you have to do it. let me know if you need anymore info. HarryWeezer
 Awards
