I ask the XI community to give their thoughts and prayers to my former beat partner who is fighting for his life at this very moment here in Maryland. He and I have been through hell and back together, and we went home after every shift. Today is different. The outcome looks very bad, but he is still in the fight at the moment. He is one of the biggest, toughest, honest and righteous cops anyone could every know or work with ... especially on the midnight shift when all the goons come out to victimize the innocent. It's been a long month. Thank you all.

I wasn't going to talk about this because well I generally only keep things to myself. But due to some unforseen circumstances I was facing living out of my vehicle. So I had to give my 1 year old German Shepherd away. I balled liked a baby of course but the people who took him were amazing. And they said that if I ever get a place again to come get him. So these past couple of weeks have been crazy busy but I have been blessed with a beautiful place to live and my baby back. I was super happy and just wanted to share with my XI family.

Remember we all talked about covid but there is still all the other flu or viruses out there .. same protection needed mask hand wash distance if not you can catch these shit we use to know before covid. personnaly i use to have sinuses infection once a year but not the last winter and i hope will be the same this year. Cause in feb 2020 i had a pneumonia due to a flu not fully recovered , went to hospital , they taught a had civod so i went thru to the long protocol ( i was one of the first suspected patient) and finally tested negative..

I've been in IT for over 20 years and 11 of that was for an ISP. Buy all the backup and surge protection you want. Against a small power surge it can help. NOTHING on the market I've seen will stop a good lightning strike. Unplugging power and ethernet connections are your best protection. If you have a cable modem unplug your coax as well. Electricity tends to travel down that copper quite well. Usually if it comes over coax your modem, router and sometimes copper connected devices are done.

Charging up the headset for later! Replaced PSU, reset the BIOS (pulled the battery and RAM, then held in power button for 30 seconds), hooked up basics to PC (monitor, keyboard and mouse), booted up, then manually reset BIOS. Shutdown, plug in remaining "accessories", restart and ... BOOM! The pain in the ass was waiting for the replacement PSU to arrive in the mail.

Tim you got a syringe. ..Lol can use your Turkey Baster but not as controlled as syringe cup of warm water with 2 tbls of salt and 4 tbls of baking soda mix with spoon when suck it up with syringe and place tip in nostrel slowy push plunger an water will travel up nasal and to mouth spit out the spent fluid. this will flush out sinus track. hope you get well Bro i see why you like fishing cause your the happy fisherman and the 0-zone is great outdoors

It's a pcr test & more accurate than the 15-minute test; hence being sent off to a proper lab to detect genetic material for the virus & the 2-3 day return time.

3 days? My son received his results back under 12 hours. Must be a Kentucky thing, sent by carrier pigeon over the Suntory mountains... Get well.
