I may be an old soul from another generation and have a habit of listening to old radio shows in the car or while working. We have a retirement village in the Cincinnati area with their own radio station that I volunteer at from time to time. I have to agree with you on Oak Island, used to watch it years ago until I finally figured it out that they aren't ever going to find anything. Kind of like the show they made for in search of Adolf Hitler in Argentina after the war. They had pictures, Eye witnesses etc. but in the end could not come up with a corpse and leave you hanging.

I have also tried but doesnt look like anyone is ever on there. Its a shame, I used to really like sniper servers Im lucky to get an hour or so gaming nowadays so sitting on an empty server for an hour waiting for someone to join is no good.

LOVE the snow, just love it! IMHO it is precious, beautiful and fun. About the snow removing, heck exercise is a great thing... however, in doing my genealogy, my great-great grandfather (Newfoundland, Canada) actually died at age of 80 while clearing snow from his house from a heart attack, so there is that... and I did crash while skiing up the top of Telluride and lordy what a painful ouchie that was, so yeah OK it is dangerous, but OMG SNOW, love the snow!

The closest I get to old radio programs is my annual viewing of the BEST Christmas movie ever, A Christmas Story. For those that don't know, it was written and narrated by Jean "Shep" Shepherd, a famous radio and TV personality from the 40s and 50s who, funny enough, got his start in Cincinnati, Ohio. The whole movie plays out like a radio show with so many great scenes that hit you right in the nostalgia muscle. Here's one of my faves.. "It's a Clinkerrrrr!!!!" I usually change the rotation on Thursday night late, or early Friday morning. With the holidays, I was doing the rotations on Sundays because Christmas and New Year's fell on Friday/Saturday. I'm trying to get back to my regular schedule, so this rotation is staying up for a few extra days until Thursday night.
