It's his choice to be vaccinated or not, there's no point downgrading unvaccinated people as it discriminates and causes division as it has the past 2 years. The pandemic is looking like ending for the time being as country's are easing all restrictions and such, it doesn't matter if vaccinated or not, anyone can catch covid, end of story. Let's not turn this topic into the more infamous one recently...

Just wanted to share these pics after last night east coast Canada we got hit with massive rain storm. The snow banks were 6-7 feet high on each side of the road. After last night almost 3 quarter of the snow has melted this is a couple pics of a parking lot was was about to go through but I figured it was too deep to go through. It's was about 2 and a half feet to e feet deep. The rain had melted the massive snow banks that were about 20-25 deep high in the back of their building. For some of my friends on here like larrymc he had mentioned that they had a massive Blizzard last night down the coast from me. Our city has been working for weeks now trying to clear the snow from the last month worth of snow. Could just imagine how many other place around here are flooded. So, my tv/internet package was like $99/mo. when I moved in. The promotion expired after 12 months, & it went up to $126....wasn't stoked about that, but whatever. Got my notice of my upcoming bill & it raised another $25 to like $156! Was like: hold the fukking train. Called Customer Retention & asked them what's the best deal I can get for internet if I'm extra-special nice to you & what's the best internet-only deal I can get if I leave for 30 days or whatever & come back as a 'new' customer? She said the best deal she could find was a basic-channel + internet package, because the basic channel portion gives a better discount for the internet portion. So, instead of $156, it's $55.00 for the basic channels, with internet changing from 200Mb down to 400Mb down. W00t. Means I can d/l them bullets coming at me 2X as fast!

Protesters do need to be careful however. After they have had their say and got all their media exposure, but still wont go home, and continue to disrupt everyone else... in this case even if you live in another country... peoples patience starts to wear thin.

All tele com do is rip you off. They know , we know the goverment knows it. I called bell to cancel my land line at 85 dollars a month. Bell was very concerned at the price so they said the can save me 10 dollars a month by switching to bells voip for 74 dollars a month. I had to yell them magic jack has the same service for 15 dollars a year.

My understanding is this "Freedom Convoy" is a protest about vaccination requirements for Cross Border Drivers between Canada and the US for Canadian Drivers since they don't speak for the US drivers. However it seems to have become a protest about Covid-19 restrictions in general since of the roughly 120,000 Canadian licensed truck drivers who regularly server cross-border routes, approximately 85% were already fully vaccinated against Covid-19 by January 2022 so this new requirement affects about 16,000 drivers who have zero empathy towards their community or fellow man. So we should just assume they will obey traffic and safety laws because they care? The Border between our countries was closed for about 18 months except for essential travel and Truckers. Not vaccinated people wanting to see family, not Covid-19 survivors with that stronger immunity anti-vaxers claim is the golden ticket, not sports teams with millions of dollars to spend on medical teams and testing, and too many others to mention but you are standing up for freedom. How about you stand up for the fact that you live in a Country that as a whole has given you the freedom to voice your opinion against the Government of 2 Countries since it is a requirement that Canadians and Americans coming into the US today to be fully vaccinated or they can't come in. Do you think you could be a part of this "Freedom Convoy" in Russia right now? I have lost friends to Covid-19, I had a good friend from XI have his final days here greatly shortened by Covid-19, I was one of the first 1,000 people in the USA who got a positive Covid-19 test in March 2020 when the world was being told it is just a little flu and will go away in Spring 2020 and it took 12 days while being quarantined to get my positive test results back and still am dealing with lung issues to this day. I had a Cardiac event in late June of 2020 and was in Hospital first getting a Angiogram and then in the I.C.U. for 2 days all alone. My wife couldn't visit me or wait during my procedure or even talk to my doctors and act as a advocate. Hit from behind by a Semi-Truck while I was dead stopped and he was doing 30mph in Oct. 2020 and same thing again, I go to ER alone and no advocate even though I had been knocked out and don't remember much of that afternoon. Still dealing with rehab during a pandemic with all sorts of hoops to jump thru and do you see me parking my Truck in the ER bay at my local hospital? Do you have to take a Drug Test for your job dude?

Yeah, price for the 400 down plan is now $55... I pay ATT $300 up front for 1 yr. cell & data. 8mb a month.. I use 5 or 6...so perfect for me.

we cut all cable and phone a year or so ago, we bought for 80 bucks a 4k Amazon Fire stick, my Sister loaded it up with Live TV, i pay 15 bucks a month and get 300+ channels from all around the world, she also put Kodi on there and i pay 10 bucks a month for the premium no lag or buffering cahced torrent streams so i can watch any movies or series out there non-live so now for all my TV viewing pleasures I pay 25 bucks a month plus the cost of my internet which I was paying before anyways

Comcast Cable net worth is north of $215 Billion dollars, making it one of the largest corporations in the U.S. Interesting you mention Sky; think they own it... & NBC corporation. They're worth ~1.6X that of AT&T....you know, the largest telecommunications company in the world; known for fiber optic infrastructure. Cable isn't going anywhere, they're just adapting.

I live in Kentucky. A lot of rural farms not too far down the roads in any direction. That, & I made friends with a butcher in a nearby small town, so he hooks me for basically their cost...plus the 10% markup the store charges on product. Gonna have to buy another chest freezer.

You're welcome. And yes, realtek sucks. Might we worth it to get a pci sound card. Doesnt have to be an expensive one. But one that has support for an amplified 3.5 front panel jack. Never had a problem with a crashing cod4 game using the front panel 3.5 jack non-usb set, and no mic, but I dont have realtek enabled. Just a simple asus card. My headset *with* the mic was both. 3.5 for audio and usb for the mic and in-line amp. But also no realtek.
