Hello everyone, My name is Manuel. I have been playing Call of Duty since 2005 (COD1). On your servers you can meet me under the nickname ..:::MANE:::... (most of you mispronounce my nickname, but I'm already used to it :D) I would say that I played with you for the first time about 7-8 years ago. I like that most of your members (at least that's my impression) are more mature. That's one of the reasons why I'm "stuck" with you :D. Socializing through the game on your server has a relaxing effect on me (mostly :D). I'm sure some of you have a different experience. I look forward to meeting you again on one of your servers. My cousins place a few houses down lost the entire second story of their house. Other areas up there are flattened. We feel lucky. But need a structural engineer to check our place out before we do any repairs. The exterior wall that took the force looks like its leaning in. And the floors are sagging a little. Crazy

Hey fellow gamers, I wanted to share a significant decision I've made in my life and seek some advice and support from this amazing community. After spending the last nine years in the world of IT, the past four of which have been increasingly unhappy and stressful, I've decided to pivot towards a healthcare career. And guess what? My ultimate goal is to become a Nurse! At 28 years old, I feel like now is the perfect time for this change. I've just finished my Forensic Psychology BSc, which has been a fascinating journey, but I've realized my passion lies in making a tangible difference in people's lives, especially during their times of need. The decision to leave behind a stable career in IT hasn't been easy. I've become increasingly short with people (I apologise if I have subjected any of you to that), and the stress has been taking its toll. But I believe it's time for a change, and I'm ready to take the leap. Right now, I'm in the midst of applying for roles as a healthcare assistant with the NHS. It's a nerve-wracking process, but I'm hopeful that this will be the first step towards a fulfilling career in healthcare. I know there are challenges ahead, especially considering the shift from IT to healthcare, but I'm determined to overcome them. And that's where I could use your help. If any of you have made similar career transitions or have experience working in healthcare, I'd love to hear your advice and insights. And if you have any tips for landing a role as a healthcare assistant with the NHS or just want to share words of encouragement, please don't hesitate to reach out. We had an F3 Tornado hit our property there. Lucky our house is still standing. Had significant damage in our area. Whole area is like a warzone. Heading back up in the morning to do more cleanup. That little white building in the second picture is our shed !! Its intact but on its side. And moved about 20 ft from its base

Most houses lakeside are on slabs or foundations. Was there today cleaning up. Hard part is cleaning up the small shards of glass. Will not be going bare foot this year. Nails are easy to pick up with magnet rollers, but not glass. Crazy how many volunteers have come from all over to help aid those in need. People grilling and feeding workers everywhere. Amazing !!! I have security video of the tornado hitting one of the islands slammed by it. Will post it when I get a chance. Have another video that shows it heading over the water towards us, but until power is restored I cant download it. On cameras internal memory. That on should be crazy. Thanks to all who wished us well.

I'm coming to say hello, since I've been playing on your XI server, I've finally decided to register on the forum and come say hello.

As you all know Dad passed away September 30/2023. Mom has been in a nursing home since August 2023. Dad and her were supposed to meet there but it was not to be. On March 05/2023 Mom was rushed by ambulance to Emergency care. She was suffering from pneumonia, a UT infection and poor circulation in her legs. Mom passed away at 1:00 this morning. Dad at 91 and mom 88 after 69 years of marriage they are together again. Their pain and suffering in now over. Although sad our family is so happy they are finally free. Cheers and Love to All. Thanks for sharing some info about yourself and what makes you special. It is really wonderful for a old timer here to see the younger members think about XI like a part of their Family. It is something that many of us hoped would be a strong and lasting part of what we joined to have fun and fuck around. Having members who are young enough to be many of the members children who say what you did and have fun here makes it all worth while. @Ruggerxi had a dream about making a place where adults could just be themselves and that could have gone very badly when this all started but every member who has joined us has been someone we enjoyed playing with and talking to and sharing laughs. We are all here for each other and always will be so please @MHsDaughter remember if you ever need anything somebody here is there for you as best as they possibly can be. Don't drink anymore but the food looks great so if the Wife and I ever get down your way we will make sure to pay you a visit and leave a big XI Tip and get some pictures for all the single guys here lol...
