i contacted @Ruggerxi and asked if he knew anyone who was down and out and needed a used pc. he told me @Poseidon pc died and he could only get online with his phone. so i contacted him and told him i had a pc for him. i have known Poseidon for at least 10 years he is a great guy and in bad shape what i need from the >XI< is for you to encourage him to work as hard as he can to get better so that he will be able to travel to >XI< fest for it is a 16 hour drive from his house in TX i will get him there this year with all your help! as for his used pc i know you guys like system specs Asus Strix B650E-F Mother board AMD 7900X cpu AMD 7900 XT 32 gig ddr5 6000 MT HYTE H40 case Scepter 34" 3440 x 1440p ASUS gamming Rog Theta 7.1 headset and built by @MtDeW i used it to play 1 game of Cod it was a great pc no lag lol please help and i will get him to >XI< fest!

I have dealt with this for many years and conclusion is some just do not give a shit about score or even learning new techniques...Believe me I have tried ! Oddly enough over the years we have had a player known as (beginingplayer) never talked and would end every round like 0 and 100...Over the years I finally got a chance to talk to him one on one and he spoke English and was in his late 80's and said he just enjoyed running around and listening to everyone and of course getting shot every 2 1/2 seconds...Funny thing is I showed him how to bash and that turned into his new motive and he got good at it and would wack the shit out of all us... I guess the moral here is we do not know who some of these people are and may not even enjoy their lack of team play or skill but despite all that they come back time and time again and in some way we are helping them escape real life troubles of their own and I guess that is all we can be thankful for because one day there will not be many of us left to come back...I get what your saying 100% but just giving my one pence

First off FU @Ruthless (trust me he is not offended)..... Anyone that knows me, knows that I am here for fun. I don't care what map we are on, who is on my team, or even what my score is (that's pretty obvious). I have never, and will never request a map skip....simply because I don't care what map is being played. There are so many servers out there to play on. Many choices..... What brought me here is the people. I love the witty banter and camaraderie that comes with a little friendly competition and playing with people of like mind. There are times when I get in game and never say a word. There are other times when people probably mute me. I do wish that the people that don't join in on the banter, would do so. It is a team competition after all, and someone that rolls 'solo' basically isn't doing anything to help the team. Plus it adds an additional level of fun to the disorganized chaos!

I would like to discuss something that has been making the game shitty for a while now. The worst fucking players in the world... Don't get me wrong, you don't have to be good at this game to play in my opinion. There are a few players, I won't name, that absolutely suck, BUT they talk to us. Maybe you have some issues and try and talk with us - that's great. You can go 0 - 1 - and 20 and that is fine. At least you can shoot the shit with us. Maybe one day most of us will be so old we can't even move the mouse correctly anymore - at least we can still get on the mic and talk shit then. However, a few I will name; RJ-11, frank (who keeps changing his name), and a couple of others. They come in and go 0 - 2 - 26 and don't even talk with us. They never acknowledge hearing anything. What the fuck are they doing? Especially RJ, he has been playing with us for a while now. Why won't he even talk to us? Talk to us or play or whatever. We want to make the play experience better for new players and we will even try to help you. But a few of these fuckers... I'm not even sure why they play? What do you get out of playing that bad and never talking to anyone? I really don't like stacking teams, but having one of these people on your team is a frustrating experience. If any of them ever read this - why are you even playing with us?

So much complaining on the server and bitching and toxic chat, I often just turn off voice chat and usually automatically mute certain players for being toxic. It's truly a fucking wonder any new players ever return.

If someone is defrosting me and can clearly see my tags then "on me " is perfectly acceptable to warn my team mate that the enemy is on me. I don't care what my stats are, I care about having a good time and working as a team

Yes, but at least you're talking, moving around and generally having a grand ol' time getting your ass handed to you (I fully expect a Smeg divine retribution, karma, what have you in game after this comment trust me). I often share some of the frustrations @Ruthless points out. Some of these characters join the server, barely move, don't use a mic or chat/type in game, won't defrost... almost starring into the void with a pulse slightly above 'AFK' like you're tripping balls in an immersive Van Gogh exhibit. You offer help or try to get some sort of feedback and its just radio silent. I mean if that's why you're playing... to come in and enjoy the artwork... dannnng, more power to you, enjoy I guess.

A good solution, enforce auto-team between rounds and no changing teams. But then those that like stacking teams complain. So stacking is generally frowned upon for well known reasons. But a great many players simply dont care. Its all about 'me'. That means a not-so-good player that doesnt chat it up might randomly be on the team you are on, and thats the way it goes. Oh well. There can be perfectly valid reasons for someone not to chat. For this server, I had several at least in-game as opposed to teamspeak. And I played under assumed names. Too much openly personal shit I had to occasionally listen to from some people. Doesnt mean someone isnt otherwise friendly,

Sorry I will never support TicTok by watching or even creating an account as long as the Chinese Government control's it. Actually my Firm belief is that the world would be much much much better off without most of our current social media outlets. I know, our forums are "technically" an old type of social media but what kid cares about the "old stuff"? lol. Ever wonder how many Deaths world wide are directly connected to social media every year? Hell, All I use is Facebook and the old Google Groups message boards for one of my old hobbies. My younger sister had Epilepsy and was strong headed (aka "a pain in the butt" at times lol) but she was a sweetheart. She had Epilepsy as a child and it came back a couple years before she passed away. It kept getting worse and worse and the doctors could not find the cause. She was only 37 and passed away at home. She was on medical leave from work and her husband was a truck driver and he was away at the time. Her 12 year old son and 15 year old daughter found her when they came home from school 11 years ago. My sincere condolences @Lovyan The only thing we can really do is to love them and try to be there for them in the end. Give @LilAcorn a nice big squeeze for us?
