Some of you might remember this post 13 years ago... Today that little baby girl became a 13 year old annoying little teenage girl. No all jokes aside, Love her with all my heart!!! i cannot believe i anounced her day of birth 13 years ago. And now look at this beautyful young ladie now. I am one proud dad. i am grateful for all the memories we made.

I competed at the 2026 Viking Games Strongman competition yesterday at the Syttende Mai Festival in Stoughton, Wisconsin. Last night in server there was a lot of discussion about our Friendly Fire Friday's rotation. I was asked by many people to post a proposal that was brought forth. Instead of just Friendly Fire Friday, could we mix up the game type on Friday's, perhaps two a month. In other words, could we have Friendly Fire Friday one Friday, CTF (Freezetag) on another, S&D (Freeztag) on another, FFA, pistols only, knives only. I am just throwing things out there as requested. Perhaps a poll could be setup to query what folks might be interested. I thought about posting this on the MOD/ADMIN forum but I posted it here because I wanted to make sure people knew that I brought their question forward.

Thanks, Smeggie, there has already been a poll for what different "event nights" people are interested in, I just haven't had a lot of time the last few months to set anything else up besides the Friendly Fire Fridays, since that's the easiest thing to switch on and off. There will be more special nights coming soon...

Ok guys. So I figured it out just not sure why it happened. Turns out my registry did not have the CDkey string. I had to create it and add my key. Delete the $$$ folder and update the active folder to profile name. Relaunched game and it worked. "codkey"="CDKEY"

S&D i love the most, would loveeeeee that. Also that friday i accidently killed @SnullerDk whilst being in my team. Still losing sleep over that happening

Went yesterday to see my artist, been going to him for 10 years, more friends than client/artist now, he books the whole day for my appointments and its usually a long wait between (my next in February 19th 2027, thats how far out he books) My son got his 1st tattoo and took it like a champion, got a large sword on his inner forearm, it is The Black Sword from the game Elder Ring, he has over 800 hours on game and loves it then it was my turn, last year I got a Viking skull on my leg, I am VERY symetrical with my tattoos, try to keep even on each side, so naturally I HAD to get a female Viking Skull in same spot on opposite leg then while there I got a Dad joke tattoo, 2 bumblebees, one on each leg just below my knees.... the bees knees.... bwaaaahahahahahah

This is for those that play on COD4MW2 Freezetag, in the near future we will be changing our server over to run the COD4x mod. In order to play on the server you will need to install COD4x on your computer. You will still be able to play on regular servers this won't change that at all. The file needs to be put into your call of duty 4 folder and then run from there. It won't find your game from your download folder

Oy, this happened to me a few months back and what triggered it was me opening steam and doing things there. It ended up cooking my normal game that I play from an OG game copy, nixing my cdkey, like what happened to you. I don't know what Steam does when you open it, but it changed stuff in my normal game folders. I had to google it and get into the registry to update the key code like you did. I saw someone talking about locking folders so they couldn't be overwritten by other programs, but perhaps that'd screw up playing the game normally, because it'd need to be written to then as well. I don't know, I'm just not wanting to open Steam now to do anything because it screwed my game up so much. When I fixed it, modded stuff came all back, but the normal stuff didn't return. I could upload a backup I have somewhere of my stuff, but I just don't play much on non-modded servers. Glad you figured it out Raisin!

No matter what I did I could never get my disk copy to work after updating to windows 7 way back then. So I ended up having to buy the steam copy.. I have tried several times since and never ended up working.. still have it but I gave up hope for cd copies lol

Some people were complaining about my ping and lag, and I thought why not just move to the States to fix it, so here I am! But yeah, I am here for work. I usually just say I work in education since I have a few different roles. I came to the U.S. as a visiting scholar last year, and I’ll be leaving soon. Back in Türkiye, I have two jobs. I work full-time at a university, and tutor K-12 students in reading and literature in the evenings. I’ve had more flexible work hours here, which gave me more time to travel. I’ve been to North Carolina, Chicago, Miami, Washington DC, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, and Las Vegas so far. New York will probably be my next destination. I may visit some other cities as well, and I’m open to any suggestions you might have before I leave.
