Sure as hell do. I was sitting at the foot of my bed putting my socks on getting ready for work while watching the news when they broke in with the fist plane strike. I actually was wearing a red, whit and blue golf shirt. I'll never forget the next door neighbor kid saying I looked like a flag. Then I got to work and realized the seriousness of the situation. My co workers asked me to go back home and get my tv to bring into work, seeing as I only live 2 miles from the office. I also remember standing outside with my co workers saying how eerie it was not hearing any planes flying over.

I was home getting ready for work when my two young daughters asked me to watch the TV. At first they thought it was a movie til they realized it wasnt. I will always remember them clutching me at my waste and crying.. asking.. "Dad, can we go home".. for they we had only moved to Canada the year before..

It was pretty traumatic for my young family for they were away from the country they knew as home and the US had closed the border... In the days afterward, we helped supply meals to the hundreds of fellow American travellers who were stranded in Calgary when the borders and skies over the US were closed.

We as a family will never forget that...

Oh yeah. Had taken my then wife to the dentist to have a tooth pulled. Was sitting in the waiting room when she was in the back and all the sudden the nurses and dentist came out and turned on the tv. All I could think about was getting back to town to my kidz. Was glued to the tv the rest of the day with them on my lap.

I Watched Both Buildings Fall With A Local Firefighter Working On A Floor.

My First Impression The Moment I Heard A Plane Hit The First Tower Was, No Way This Can Be An Accident.

I Had On 77 WABC & They Kept Saying "The WTC Has Had A Plane Hit Into It, The Second Tower Is Open For Business, Everything Is Under Control."

Then The Second Plane Hit & I Said "We Are At War".

Then In Astonishment I Wondered How The Press Was Gonna Spin This Into "Nothing To See Here Folks" Like The Always Do!

My Aunts Stepson Died As A First Reponding Firefighter That Day.

God Bless All Who Lost Their Lives That Day.

I was sitting right where I am as I type this. It was about 6:55 here and within 5 minutes I watched the first tower fall on live TV. I remember calling my dad and asking if he had heard and that one tower had just fallen. He thought it was just a plane crash at first until I told him the other tower was hit too and I just watched the tower fall. Everybody was in shock.

i was at work, trimming out a new apartment complex when my wife called and said turn on the radio.....then the sirens for attack went on in my town, which we thought was incredibly strange and completely unrealistic. The saddest day in American history. Tip of the hat to ya Ripzilla.

We were at home watching the morning news when the first plane hit. We watched the 2nd plane hit as it happened. Our hearts sank because we realized none of it was an accident. As more information began to unfold, I called the kids' school to tell them what had happened and made arrangements to pick them up immediately. I felt so much fear and uncertainty so I wanted us all together. The school had no tv so I explained all that had happened. One teacher thought I was overreacting until I explained the events. I'll never forget the look on her face and seeing her eyes well up with tears. We prayed together in our family room once we were at home. I'll never forget that day.

Never forget it. My daughter was 8 months old and I was only going into work that morning to do some paperwork, my family and I owned 2 tobacco and beer stores, and then I was going back home to my daughter. I remember walkin by the tv in the office and i thought my sister in law was watching a movie, which we did in the mornings alot cause it was slow, and she didnt say much as some customers came in. Then all of a sudden she screamed and I came out and she said "look" and her face was pale white. I remember I just fell down in a chair right beside our counters and my mouth was wide open. I told her lets go home and we went home and got close to our familes and watched the horror unfold.

I was at work this day 11 years ago, and when I had a co worker come in the door and say that the WTC had a plane crash into it, I knew that this was more than a accident. This was a start of a horrible day. I was thinking about all the people that were affected and the lives that were lost on that day and days to come. There were so many hero's during this time that we cannot forget. I myself will NEVER FORGET.

Running a dozer east of Fremont, Iowa. One of the Gamble boys ran over & told us both towers had been hit. Noticed there weren't any contrails in the sky. Learned later the towers had fallen and all aircraft were grounded. Eerie.

I was a sophomore in high school. I had taken the hall pass as I had gotten bored in class. I took a walk around the halls for a while. I remember walking past all of the open class room doors seeing that all of the TVs were on the same channel with the same picture. A picture of smoke billowing from the towers is still fresh in my memory as if it were yesterday. I returned to my classroom and watched the coverage with the rest of my class mates. I still don't know spanish.

i was at work at lapp roofing, bending metal in the machine shop. are operations manager came running in and told us a plane had hit the world trade center. i thought a little one propellar plane had hit it. we all watched it unfold in the office tv's. at one point they scrambled jets out of wright-patt (its a huge air force base here in dayton) and we heard a loud BOOM over dayton. it was the jets breaking the sound barrier. we all decided that it was time to go. are operations manager called the guys out in the field and told them get home immmediatly. by the time i got home the last plane had crashed in pennsylvannia. i've always wondered if those jets played a part in it. :(
