The police will arrest him regardless if she wants to press charges or not. If you call the cops while they are both at your house and they show up to see her injuries, they will probably arrest him. There are domestic violence laws in this country and the cops usually do a pretty good job of enforcing them. If the cops pick him up he will be immediately deported. If it were my daughter getting beaten, I would leave the cops out of it and have a talk with the boyfriend. My talk would involve beating the shit out of him with a ball bat or with a gun barrel in his mouth, and making it very clear to him that if he can't help himself from beating my daughter, I will absolutely end his life.
