Appeal details: Hello,

As a preface I have not actually been banned, however I thought it important and necessary to bring this to someone's attention.

 

I was playing on your Push #2 Insurgency Server, and I encountered one of your moderators, named NAZ (unfortunately I couldnt find him on your website, but his steam id is, http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198093933296/). This moderator, upon being criticized for using several map exploits to spawncamp, threataned to give a two week ban to several players, including myself. His behavior was seen not only by myself, but other players on the server as abusive, harsh, and tyrannical, and is entirely unacceptable. He cannot abide being criticized, and will threaten anyone who disagrees with him.

Hi mUHAMMED we have looked into this and the so called moderator is not an XI member and should not be wearing our tags or telling people what to do. as a result he will be given a ban for impersonating an XI admin / moderator and wearing our TAGS ..

You threaten people in the server with kicks and bans because they call you out on your bullshit. And you want us (well the admins) to let you off for that?

ok so, I will try to be as specific as possible in my defence. I wasn't going around telling people I'm an admin or mod. essentially all I said was "do you want kick or ban". this was after the ghosting incident. one may assume that I'm implying that I'm an admin, which I'm not. I'd say it was more of a verbal tactic to prevent further ghosting in the game. imagine that there are no admins on the server. there'd be no way to enforce rules as a regular player, except to add a bit of bluff into my statement.

 

the "exploit" as explained in my post, can be accessed by anyone. it's simply a location on the map that many people overlook. as for the cheapness of it, I'd say it's a map flaw that the devs should patch, as they have done in the past.

 

when admins check the chat, they'll determine that I've only spoken to one player in this manner. I'm not a vocal player, so I try my best to not attack another player whether or not they're on my own team or the enemy's.

 

if I did act out of place, like a scumbag or lowlife, then I apologize. but please do not let this incident make me out as a negative player.

1st you say you didnt mean to impersonate XI or ADMIN and if anyone thinks your threats of kick-ban were evidence then you say no, it was a bluff.... trying to even say that you were attempting to help the server cos no actual members or admins about and you wanted to help 'enforce' ??

 

and now you say you did pretend to be XI but you didnt know that was bad???  untill you read admin invite only??  you know manty clans that have ZERO recruit rules and just let you put tags on without asking and then cause trouble on their server??  ha ha ha

 

I have a digger hier company if you would like a mechanical digger, cos i dont think you are quite digging fast enough.
