After smoking 2 packs a day for 20 years it was time to make a change. Took the Champix pill and it was the best thing I had ever done. Quit 15 days into the program and have not touched a cigarette since, still smoke my weed, but hell, thats medicine now according to my drug dealer, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau! Why did you start smoking when by now the health issues were well publicised?, i.e. what made you go from a non smoker to a smoker, boyfriend/girlfriend, boredom, stress etc etc?? interesting to hear real peoples experiences, quitiing is great, but not starting would be better. My reasoning for starting was the stupid old "My friends are doing it" I was about 13 when I started, so back in 1987, just at the start of the Smoking is horrible age.
