I swear it was only a drunken prank feat that lasted for a few minutes because I somehow fell off the map, something that happens a lot on the >XI< MW2 DM server because there are so many glitches. Usually you get a warning then a kick then a temp ban then a perm ban right? I only got a perm ban

Players (I've been playing on the MW2 server for a while now) should know I don't cheat and it wasn't intentional (although not polite) in the sense I don't use these stratagems to deliberately gain an advantage so I'm officially asking the banning admin to kindly lift the perm ban please

First, this is not how it is supposed to work.
An admin should have been present to make the ban and he should have first warn, then kick then temp ban and then perm ban.

And this is funny coz i remember a certain admin did caught some cheaters and even got the aproval of head admin(s) but those cheaters are still able to play on our servers. Kinda ironic isnt it ?

Nobody else from what i remember was perm ban for glitching without a warning, a kick,... if it was the case we would have way less people on the server and way less members.

Here he admit doing it, and he is sorry, i guess he had fun with other players doing it, ok, no big deal, is it ?

Well I can't recall them all but the last one that came to mind was a Finnish guy, said he was drunk and let his mates play in his place with bad results. Full of apologies for being drunk, usual I won't do it again, he was rightfully banned.

You need to read these forums more often mate, the management are actively trying to remove cheaters and have already started on a couple. I get the impression that times have changed and they specifically requested things like this shot supplied by Jim. Now he may or may not get banned, a fuck I do not give, but for me and others who have played, and may play again with him, he is a cheat plain and simple.

You're too focused on the 'drunk' part (which btw I agree is not an acceptable excuse) to acknowledge what Chkn, who also used to admin this game before he got sick of certain other admins mugging him off, is saying about the procedures surrounding the banning process.

How about we just leave this to the Admins to sort out.

I know there is many different opinions right or wrong I was not privy to all that has gone on in the past and try to stay away from drama. But rules must be followed fairly for all, and past arguments of other admins or ex admins should be left out of this it will only muddy the water and cause drama. 

All I will say is we have all played drunk or incapacitated to some degree and I do not agree that it is an excuse for spoiling the game for everyone else. That being said it is only my opinion and I am not an Admin. I do not know all the facts, I was not in game so I do not know if warnings were given or anything else so I will say no more apart from leave it to the Admins.

Just for the record having played Manding on ftag and Mandinghino on dm I have never considered him a cheat, BUT if he was shooting people from under the map that is wrong, he should have more sense.

I never argued with Chkn about procedures, purely about drink being no excuse against a ban, if you do silly things drunk don't expect sympathy from others, don't drink.

NP mate, ok by me, just remember he confessed to being a naughty boy, because he confessed (never mind the decision) to me he is a cheat, pure and simple. He had the opportunity not to do it, but carried on, Jim had the opportunity to capture it. Now ask yourself truthfully if he had not been caught would he have done it again?, you bet your fucking life he would. I also don't think I've ever 'fallen' off a map here and if I did, I wouldn't be shooting people from under.  I would be bitching on Chat that I fell off the map and how the heck do I get back!  That being said, Mandinko, while being an ass will likely learn from this and not do it again.  At least that is my impression of him.  If he follows the procedures for getting unbanned, I would give him a final chance.

EDIT:  His response to my suggestion to give him a chance is FU?  I take back what I said.  The ass got caught cheating, he knew it was wrong and now he's banned.  Good riddance.  More legit fun for the rest of us on our servers.
