OK I will start. After researching lots of different recipes in search of a great homemade coconut chicken Thai soup (Tom Kha Gai), I kinda combined three different recipes and added some other things, trying to get that specific flavor, texture and look I love... SUCCESS!!! But... I did not write it down oops... But here is a photo. I will be working on the recipe maybe will include it here once finished.

Known fact @Timmah!'s tongue is 7 inches but to the back to the back of his throat is "at least" 6 1/2 inches. If you make him suck on a lemon first it only goes back 5 inches.

Making Kefir Helps your gut microbiome, which affects the health of your immune system, where 70-80% of your immune system resides! Controls inflammation throughout your body. The curds remain with the liquid having drained through. I then wash the curds with the lstrained liquid while turning with the spatula to facilitate straining. The Kefir grains remain, ready to be placed back in the empty jar & covered with milk for another ferment. The grains have a protective white gel coating which should remain. If you washed them further, you would see the grains are an opaque yellow color with a spongy texture. These grains are a SCOBY- A Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria & Yeast, much like Kombucha. There's commonly over 50 strains of beneficial bacteria and Yeasts. The grains have been around for thousands of years, & the only way to grow grains is to get some from a friend or buy some. The strained Kefir is tangy & fizzy. finished Kefir on the right, ready for the fridge or a 2nd ferment, The milk-covered grains on the left, ready for another 24-hour ferment.

I may have blue eyes but my Native Indian blood says differently. I get real stupid after downing half a gallon of Vodka, but boy do I have fun doing it. I've been busy all week so I have not had the chance to check in on this one. I am glad that the changes we have trialled went well on Sunday, and I am all for seeing how it goes over an entire weekend. If anything crops up that comes to attention, I am hoping that it can be addressed swiftly and without issue!

Look,you are never too old to play again....I don't know how old you are but I didn't get back in to it until my two grown sons hauled the paintball guns out of storage 3 years ago hadn't played since about 13 years before that. I'm 58 and not as fast as I was...haha not fast at all and with my gear on.....old slow but still deadly. Magfed today is a lot like playing single pump the way you guys played it.limited ammo but in a different platform, military like with the mags but there are some who run box mags(roundball only)it's a hopper that feed the gun from the bottom like a magazine but not many of those.I like the Milsim aspect because it's really like training with my real AR same platform and well, look at the picture and my rifle.It is very tactical and as you know good communication is key.I have a whole back up kit with my back up marker, a Tippmann TMC Elite and plate carrier vest to hold the mags even a mask...so let me know.... One thing I live by...." just get out there and do it ! " IT referring to anything you want to do....

Some kid put a bunch of fresh dog crap in front of the capsule and launched it through the tubes at one of our local banks back in the 90s. They had to shut down the 2 tube drive through for an entire month.
