Looking at the log it looks like you are trying to run Cod4x setup from your Dowloads folder. Copy/paste it to your cod4 folder and run it from there. Some of the installers can't see the game unless it is in the cod4 folder

I received the error "Backend update" when I tried to install the update I received this message

Im a fucktart with this. Downloaded that setup thingy into my cod 4 folder, seeing the server shown in favourites but cant start the game. Soemthing with backend updates....Nobody on TS to ask and chat aint responding unfortunately

I'll play around with my other monitors to see what I get. I do recall I had to set my ratio to 1:1 on my 16:9 4k monitor. On WQHD I had the same having to press enter issue I'll try to recreate and then recall what I did to fix it.

Try dropping your resolution in game by 1 click

Tried uninstall and then re-install using the manual cmd script methods and no joy, still need to use 'Enter'. Not a big deal but if there is something else to try, that would be great. Thanks
