That ip is being used to load new iwd when I connect to 74.91.119.86. Teh downlad hangs at zero percent then the connection times out. I figured someone had experienced that same problem. Is there another address where I can download?

Where is 188.165.57.239 and why does it hate me so?

Unfortunately nothing you can do individualy since it's a routing decision being made by the network in real time. I'll wait for our host to see what they come back with. Please keep sending me your IP and your tracecert output. In the interim though using a US VPN may help in this particular situation, that is something I would personally want to try if I were in that situation.

What does that mean for me during the game? What can i do to get rid of that?

I understand it this way: When comparing the two scenarios (high vs. low ping), you can see that my connection is stable—until it reaches America (which is normal); then the ping rises. Interestingly, the game server manages to keep my ping stable during periods of low load, but it can't handle the situation once things get busy (Chicago). Note: 8:00 PM Germany ≈ 1:00 PM Chicago (low ping) 1:00 AM Germany ≈ 6:00 PM Chicago (high ping) I start having problems from 1:00 AM onwards—basically right when a lot of people in the US are getting on their PCs
