Otherwise it won't be full. The XI tags will prevent you from being redirected. When you join the server and 32 people are on it and you are XI, some wannabe will get redirected Again, if it is full (33 users) you need to get an admin to boot someone or wait for the 999 person to time out or stop downloading or whatever it is they are doing in that semi-connected state.
