Gosh I've done a variety of things through the years.  I used to work for attorneys and ended up keeping the books, payroll and finances for one.  An acquaintance asked me to do the same thing for his business which expanded and the restructured and I still do the payroll, taxes, insurance audits and finances for that company today. I do it all from home but most people don't realize that I had a job all these years.  I automated their finances to the point that I actually spend very little time working for them but I draw a salary.  Last year, I decided to get out of the house and went to work for a large regional federal credit union.  It was supposed to be a simple little part time job but turned into more.  I deal with online and mobile banking mostly but also fund transfers, atm/debit/credit cards, etc and lots and lots of incredibly stupid people.  I was recently promoted and started working full time.  I'm in negotiations with another department and hope to move there soon.  Eventually, I hope to game all day and earn big bucks.

I contracted for Larado Bank back in the late 1990's doing IT... by any chance is this your bank? They wanted to keep me but I prefer to live in America and told them no way.

When you look like @@BurnnBright you don't have to cook or clean - you do whatever you want.  Better question - ask her if she would go out with you ?????????

I currently work in IT for a local IT Service Provider - we provide computers, laptops, VOIP telecoms, servers, cloud storage, domains and of course we offer support for all of our services. We use both a ticket system and a direct dial line into our office allowing us to fix any issues and answer any requests our customers have.

Each day is different, you could be changing the time on someone's PC or you could be migrating customers onto new servers; it's always fun

I work at Shaws supermarket. I prepare and make fried chicken, grilled chicken, different chicken wings, rotisserie chicken, cold & hot subs (sandwiches) and pizza. Also make meals to go and salads.

I recently started working there (month now) because I wasn't allowed to work since I 'recently' (last December) moved from The Netherlands to the States to live happily ever after with my wife Sarah. We got married in February. I met her 5 and a half years ago through an online game called 'medal of Honor'. She's amazing and I can't imagine a better person to spend the rest of my life with :)

We live with her parents now but hope to get a better job closer to Boston city so we can get an apartment.

My dream job (for now) is working at a Event Agency. Work out an event from A to Z with the given budget and to make sure the customer and guests will never forget that incredible day. :D

Any more questions.. Don't hesitate to ask.

It's really sad when you got people that are willing and able to do their time working for 25+ years to provide for their family but the jobs just aren't there.

I could have kept working till i was 65,but then think, I would have prevented a kid or person not being able to have that job for 14 years.I was making $28/hr and if I stayed now I would be making $34/hr  and that boy or girl would be on some type of assistance. The longer you stay in the work force the harder it will be for our sons and daughters to find work. Then how long do you think you are going to live on this planet and be able to move around as well as you did.I check obits daily and people die, some old and quite a few do not make it to retirement.A lot of this depends how well you get paid.I'm glad I was in a union that allowed me to be able to retire at an early age and even more lucky cause my wife also retired 2 years after I did.
