   We have a section of the admin manual that addresses just this situation:

 

XI does not tolerate disrespect by members or guests, and insists on good sportsmanship

If we banned everyone who disrespected someone in some way, we would have few players left on our servers. This rule intends to get rid of players who are a constant and continued disruptive influence on our servers, so-called assholes, whose behaviour, over time, takes the fun out of the game and drives others away - perhaps because they are constantly rude to players they do not know, or are constantly running their mouths, etc.
As with other rules, your discretion is the determining factor. If you receive complaints about a particular player being a constant nuisance on our servers, you should observe that player and satisfy yourself as to whether the complaints are justified BEFORE you act. Then, warn, kick and ban as necessary - let them come to the forums to explain themselves.

 

   It doesn't matter if the person disrupting the game and taking the fun out of it for others is a member. And it shouldn't matter if the folks complaining about an asshole are not members. The problem should be dealt with.

 

   No one wants to put up with this kind of crap and they shouldn't have to.

i still think of you as a good friend in game., and i don't mind you going of your rocker from time to time. Beest and i just don't respond well to personal attacks as you did then. So when you go that way in game, we leave the game. ( As stated before. )   Please don't leave if you see me or beest in game. Especcially sinse it's your server

Sorry been away with work and have just read this thread.......... Yes Slow can be a pain in the ass that there is no doubt........ there have been occasions when I myself have had to mute him in game....  I have also spent many hours playing with Bio, E-racer and Beest and fully support their concerns. 

 

Please remember there is an incredibly thin line between banter and offending someone. Clearly some of our regular COD 5 VFTAG players have been offended and as such we have a duty to investigate and resolve.

 

I will personally have a chat with SLOWFRY and remind him of his conduct while on our servers. I have no issue with being drunk or having a smoke, I do however, have a problem when it becomes directed and is received as offensive as I do with players who feel forced to leave the server, especially during a period of high inactivity within that particular server.

 

Please allow the Admins to deal with this matter appropriately and rest assured we will. 

 

Slow is harmless and he has no intent to insult nor hurt anyone, from time to time he just crosses the line.......

i am friends with all 3 parties involved and I know what a pain in the ass Slowfry can be..I also understand that Bio n Beest are not complainers and things must have been real bad if they have had to post on here.

If at some time an admin finds that Slowfry's  speach has become abusive they have been asked to kick Slowfry. Slowfry has been kicked before and he knows why he gets kicked don't ya Buddy
