1. What server were you banned from?: DM World at War
2. When did you get banned?: Years ago. Almost 10 years ago maybe longer?
3. What was your in-game name?: Blackdogs2
4. What is your game GUID (if known):
5. Why do you think you were banned?:

   I was being Killed on the spawn over and over and over by Nacho and he was mouthing me off and laughing and well he finally poked me enough to say something and told him to cut it out and let me play the game then Nacho sent me my first warning for being breaking the rules of some sort then he proceeded again as he was laughing and spawn killing me then asked him again to stop. Then he sent me a second warning for I do not know why which upset me more which lead me to my ban. Do not really understand why I was banned for asking someone not to spawn kill me. I just wanted to play. I dont really want to sit at the computer and not play. I log in to play and joke around just all of us old guys do. I have never disrespected anyone in this server for as long as I have been a member. Can you please help me on this? The only one I know who understands what I am talking about is Spinpuppy whom I have played with for years. If there was some solid fact why I was actually banned I wouldnt mind making it right. I just dont think Nacho liked me personally but nobody has to like me, but do not think I should be banned for that. I have got along with the majority in the DM servers. I just want to play my old time friends again, thats all. Sincerely Old Man Black

Firstly, this should be in the COD5 appeals section.

Secondly, is this a new instance? Nacho is no longer an admin so could not have banned you. Do you play under another name or have not been here in a while?

Since you cod5 admins can see this, there is no need to approve this post.

 

Here. Says he was banned or the ban was imported to the server 9/16/2018 11:54:52 PM. Could have been banned before that date and imported to the server on 9/16/2018. I think that is around the same time that we switched server Hosts.

@BlackDogs2 Apologize for the delay.  After some review of when this ban was placed, and discussion with the admin team, we feel this should have been a temp ban at the time so for this time, we have lifted your ban.

I do urge you to play with respect towards other players.  We are not against some friendly banter or the odd jab if you may, but we don't want any harassment of any kind here and if an admin or moderator requests a player to cool it down, then I suggest they do. This goes for all players, members and guests alike.

We welcome you to come play, we're open to everyone, but lets all remember, it's just a game.

You should be free to play within the hour.
