I finally saved enough money and got it. The new 49" ULTRA-WIDE SAMSUNG ODYSSEY G9 @240HZ. God damn this monitor is soooo nice. Love the graphics. It was a bitch to update it. Lucky there was a thread about it on http://www.overclockers.co.uk On how to update it. Even down to how to and what you need to install it. Also what kind of USB you needed otherwise it wouldn't of worked. But very excited and loving this Samsung G9 240HZ HD 4K !!!!

Made this one earlier this month - pork and black pudding pie in a cake tin. Then had a nice meal with the family all together (first time in a while due to Covid..) I decided I would like this more than a traditional birthday cake

My uncle Max flew B-25s in Africa & Corsica. All my friends fathers flew B-17s & B-24s over the continent. They all loved to talk about their planes and the experiences they had. I got my second jab of the Pfizer Vaccine on Friday just after work at the Microsoft Campus to make sure that I got a good working chip in my dose so Bill can turn me in to a Zombie lol. I will say that my second poke was much worse than the first go round, which I think might be due to having had one of the first 500 cases in the US in early March 2020. Research is showing that many who have had Covid-19 seem to be reporting side effects that are the same only stronger that those who have not been exposed to the virus before their vaccine. I got my Jab at 6:00 pm Friday and didn't feel better until about 6:00 pm on Sunday. No gaming on Saturday at all and only able to game for about 2 hours Sunday because I had to get out of bed because my back and hips hurt so bad from laying in bed for 36 plus hours. I had zero appetite but was super thirsty so drank loads of water and the Wife made me take 1,000 mgs of Tylenol every 4 hours since my fever was 101.3 to 101.6 most of the time and I was still cold as I have ever been even with lots of warm layers, 2 heating pads and her laying next to me which she rarely does anymore due to hot flashes (She Loves Old P-Man). It was a rough weekend but it wasn't as bad as the past 13 months after Covid-19, I still have some lasting lung issues as well as trouble remembering things which I never had before. With the vaccine you have some level of protection against the current known Covid strains and you know the effects on your body will be over in a short period of time based on current follow up data plus there have been only a few cases of break through with these vaccines. Wash your hands, if you use a cloth mask wash that fucker often as well. It's not there as a fashion statement it is there to protect you and those you love. If you don't wear a mask because it infringes on your rights you most likely have shit under your fingernails since you most likely don't wash your hands because no one can prove you didn't unless they watch you leave the can after you dropped the twins off at the pool and pulled up the same underwear you wore for 2 days. Please get vaccinated before the virus mutates beyond our ability to control it with current knowledge. Here in the USA our vaccine program was started by a President of 1 party and put into arms in huge numbers by a President of the other party. This is Bipartisan and there should be no reason to not get protected, in fact this treatment came from technology and methods used by our DOD and their programs to protect our troops from all sorts of potential threats on the battlefield. I know we are all going to die at some time but who wants to die alone with the thought that they may have also killed those they cherish the most and forced them to die alone as well. Wash you hands, wash your cloth masks, wash your ass, stay away from me in a building, feel free to remove your mask outside as long as you stay away from me and when this is all in the past ugly people keep wearing masks and unless you are a stripper giving me a lap dance stay away from me.

My nieghbor was a navigator on a B17. He was there during all the big bombing raids over Germany that you read about. He never talked about it at all. But he did show me his flight diploma that listed all his missions. The only time he ever mentioned any of it. He was part of all the fire bombing. My Dad served in Korea as a medic. He talked very little about it. But I had heard on one hill of around 400 men he was one of just a few survivors after a huge attack. I have one of his cavalry year books from the war. Some of the pictures are horrifying to what they faced on a daily basis

Dang near dinged a young German sailor at Nordholz Naval Airbase, Germany back in the late 70's with the main rotor of my OH-58A. Thanks for the feedback so far - has been pretty useful. To be fair - the fact that you are discussing the validity of words does imply that the actual 'game' is working? and you are managing to place tiles etc. This for sure will not meet the requirements for all and so far meet most the the requirements for which it was created. The game engine has been built in a way that makes implementation of additional 'game rules' and features such as dictionary selection/enforcement fairly straight forward. That is something I may pick up on in the future. Thanks again for the feedback.

My dad had covid, had the Pfiser shots later, all with NO SIDEFFECTS, nothing. So, I kinda thought it would be the same for me as we have the same blood type and I am very much like him. Sure enough, I had two moderna shots, no problems, A OK. But now my sister got covid, was horrible for her but not ER horrible. Then, with both her moderna shots later, she had horrible times, sick in bed, bad fevers, very bad. She has a different blood type than me and my dad. So, here is the thing - my point is this - COVID SUCKS. Avoid it, prevent it, wear masks, help others and yourself. Take the shot, whichever you can get asap. Plan for the worst, hope for the best. Some of you are silly. The only thing the vaccine does is instruct your body to produce the antigen/protein/marker that is found on the surface of the actual virus. There is no virus in the shot. It does not splice itself into your dna or anything. If you feel unwell, that is merely your immune system's B memory cells & helper T cells making note of the protein. Which shot you get doesn't determine how strongly your immune system reacts. How badly you feel isn't an indication of how robustly your immune system responds. Many people who caught a 'mild case' of COVID is because their immune system didn't mount a strong reaction, & contrary to getting over it easily, they actually carried it around for several weeks as opposed to those who felt really sickly and got over it. As a result of having what they thought was a mild case & actually carrying it around for many weeks, it resulted in most of the mutations, & worse, put them at 60% greater chance of dying within six months after contracting the virus compared to people who felt really horrible & recovered. That's because of the long-term damage that the virus did to several of their systems over the long-term infection they carried. Strokes, neurological damage, heart damage, kidney damage, etc... Ironic that the people who haven't... or didn't get a shot because they thought they wouldn't get really sick or thought they had a mild case are the ones 60% more likely to die from it. And among those that did survive their 'mild case' of the virus, a surprising number are going to be living with long-term or permanent damage to various systems of their body. The chances of contracting COVID & it fucking you up are WAAAY higher than any danger the vaccine presents. But do what makes you happy.... & remember... I told you so.
