My mouse broke and i was wondering what would be a good mouse to buy. Should it be wired or wirless, i liked the programable buttons on the thumb side . What is your liking.   Cool

Wired everytime a lot more reliable and more responsive. As to a make there are so many my advice would be to try before you buy if you can.

im playing with wireless mouses since i started playing fps i never had a problem with it.

stupid cables are annoying. if u buy a wireless mouse it needs at least 2.4ghz, than u can play without any latency.

right now im using the "r.a.t.9" from "cyborg", awesome thing. before i had a "logitech mx 1100" and before this one i had a cheap "hama m3050".

the ppls i play with may can tell u, I FUCKING KILL EVERYONE11111!!!!!!!!!11!!!1!!!!!!!!!!!! Laughing

I used to swear by wired, but now I have both, been using a m705 Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard for 6 months. I like no cables alot! I game from a recliner so wires are a hassles for me. Small difference, Still win alot of matches, if I had a desk I would have a wire.

I think you should just get wired power. Lots of brands to choose and you can spend a lot as well.

I had a wireless mouse and keyboard set but found I was changing out batteries all the time in the mouse and usually when on-line in game so if you go with wireless, get a rechargeable one.  As for me, I now still use the keyboard but with a wired mouse that has a couple of programmable buttons.

Wired for sure, I'd never use a wireless one. I'm using my old mx518, it's a gaming mouse. Gaming ones normally have more buttons on them, I'd look for one of those.

I have to say I have the Razer Mamba and I can use it wired or wireless. I use it wireless all the time and it is very fast and responsive. It is a gaming mouse and is rechargeable. I wouldn't have anything else.

I doubt wired or wireless would matter much.

It's not like humans are some super sensitive gamer that could really tell a difference.

I have used both and never noticed a difference with my level of play. Right now I use a Microsoft Sidewinder, wired.

Just get a gaming mouse with the optional controls that you want and feels comfortable in your hand.

I would not sweat wired or wireless, just get whichever one you like best based on comfort and functionality.

Wired for sure laser is second and Maybe be the most important get one that feels great in your hands and has 4 buttons. One that feels and fits great is the most important yea thats it. I have big strong maculin hands ladys so I need a big mouse to fill them :) I don't think cost has much to do with it. If it don't fit it won't work.
