   I think it was for bouncing but people have also accused me of hacking so im not too sure. if it was for bouncing i only tried to do it when noone else was playing or when people agreed. My bad

customs, I was the admin that banned you.  XI is an adult clan with no prohibitions on use of language except for two primary rules: no racist remarks, and no personal attacks.  You typed the n-word in Freeze Tag Server 1, which is breaking the racist remarks rule.

Yes honestly it wasnt anything serious or hateful i was just going really hard, i shouldnt have sworn but im so youst to it not being a big deal especially in some of my promod servers thats how we all talk to each other. it was more playful shit talk but i guess still shit talk. I usually wont even talk in the server, but i understand what it is. If theres a chance my ban can be lifted ill watch my language in the server. Its just my favorite server lol. (not that this matters much but in remarks of the n-word im mixed so it wasnt much racism but playful shit talk)

All words you or someone can say, you used that one. You can say fuck, bitch or as long you'd stayed in our server rules.

Shit talk or to be stupid like that, is yeah, we kick and ban you out from our home.

really.. its all fun. is there really that much of a difference? i rarley ever even talk in chat to begin with. Its one time im literally not even gonna talk in game i just wanna play freeze tag... Its literally no different then fuck or bitch.

like im sorry i shouldnt have said it, i considered it the same as any other swear and i wouldnt have thought saying it once would get me perm banned. i didnt think it would be a big deal, especially since theres no racist implication but cmon a permanent ban?Sorry for saying it, my fault but i really enjoy the hell out of this server.

Just a little chime in for what its worth. But in this day and age, why use the word when you are a guest in someone else's server when everyone knows how offensive most see it as? Would you talk like that when visiting someones home? Or do you hold your tongue out of respect and courtesy?

To be completely honest i use that word every day like its nothing weather with my friends in real life, Cod Online Friends, Promod Friends cause i personally never took offense to it. Its just what i grew up with in New York. In retrospect, I am in YOUR guys server so i definitely should have given it more thought to what i said. But you are right big deal for me or not  it wasn't okay to say it in your guys server and i understand the cautiousness when deciding to let me back in. I just hope you guys can see i truly had no bad intentions when saying it but i did say it. You guys can talk it over, but you wont be hearing a peep out of me if let back in the server.

Rules are put on servers and websites for a reason. Their also there to be followed. if for any reason you cant take a few minutes to read or follow the rules

then the server/web site is not for you. find another server/website that excepts that kind of behaviour. our admins keeps our servers running for people to have fun and Not to be abused or called names by any means.

You say this is one of your favourite's, so you have played here before, so you should know the rules.

When ever someone goes on another server follow rules and show respect. your find more fun and wont get kicked/banned.

This may be fun for you and your other mates and also for you to talk this way, but others can take offence by this.

guys... i did one thing, literally one thing, and it wasn't even hateful, and im literally of that race... I get it, i really do but it was one time with one person in the game who i thought would understand it was playful. Its not like i was warned or anything. I see people talk shit in the server all the time and im getting singled out for a word that isn't any more offensive then fuck. I get it i was white calling people all the racist names there are every time i die. But im screwing around with one other person with a word i hear daily... not even more then 3 people in the lobby. I just want to play freeze tag, im not going to say a word.

we have listened to our admins for their comments on whether or not to lift your ban

unfortunately this is not going to happen.

the senior admin team also discussed this ban and we have agreed to keep it in place

suggest you read the rules of the servers before you act
