The gang designed and sold cheats to popular video games, including Overwatch and Call of Duty Mobile. Roughly $76m (£55m) in revenue was made by the organisation which charged a subscription fee to clients. Police seized assets worth $46m, including several luxury cars.

What I find truly truly truly amazing is that these sad people will PAY to cheat, sad sad fckrs, deluding only themselves.

This goes out to anyone on my Steam friends list who may have received a message yesterday evening maybe around 7pm to 8pm, this was not me, my account had obviously been compromised, if you did receive a message from this scammer to vote for this link Fetown.net asking you to vote for what i think is an alleged counter strike team CSGO and you did click on this link to try and vote then i advise you to also change your Steam password or whatever else you have to do, because this is how they got me, when i saw the CSGO thing it jogged my memory, a few weeks ago i was contacted through Steam from Boomslang or who i thought was Boomslang asking me to vote for his Counter Strike team CSGO through this link, it wouldn't let me vote, i tried 4 or 5 times but got message that voting lines or something was full and asked me to keep trying, surprised it took them so long to get around to hacking me, so if anyone did click the link and tried to vote then as i said you have also probably been hacked too, thanks to Cheese and Hunter for getting in touch and warning me last night and also Hellraiser this morning.

It's ok i spoke to sonovabitch. I spoke to him last night to warn him hes steam account has been hacked and spamming everyone with scam link for cs:go and as Hunter said he's claimed his account back

Anyone knows how to contact Sonovabitch ? i received several messages from him on Steam asking me to visit an email adress ( fetown.net) and vote for his csgo team. It appears to be a phishing scam and it probably means that his steam account is compromised,or this sonovabitch is a scammer himself but i don't think so If somebody could let him know about the problem,not using steam of course,it would be great !

If it's an old machine you aren't using why not just format it and reinstall windows?

Question as it has been years for me but I remember having to uninstall malwarebytes and then side load it back from a thumb drive in safe mode to get the virus/malware off the pc...Is this something that others have done ?
