Gas prices were $.99 for regular before the Gulf War. They have never dropped back down that low. Gas prices were at a record high under Obama then under Trump they dropped down to 2004/2006 prices which was still over double what it was back in 99/2000. How I see it, Biden plops his ass in the seat and prices instantly shoot up to record highs with no break in sight.
