Of course you would love it. So would I. But you will only take 7 from me kicking and screaming. When it aint broke dont force fixes on me. Anyways, even with manual updating must be sure about what is what. Last time around they changed the particular update from 'optional' to 'recommended' so as to get past people that never install the optional stuff. Soon it will be upgraded to 'important'. Currently this one seems to be the most obvious update to look for but it will likely change again. If you see it, uncheck it in WU and set it to 'hidden' so it wont show up again.
