Mini Nuke is underpowered

I think the mini nuke should have the damage radius doubled. As it is now, it’s usually one step up above worthless.

I mostly get it in the care packages. I use hardline so after 4 kills I get a chance to call a package in.

I actually increased the distance some a couple months back and its helped, its actually killing people now instead of no one most of the time

It's only because your mini nukes are mini-sized and deliver mere flesh wounds.

I rarely kill anyone with the mini nuke. They do  drop in care packs more often now which is cool.

I also noticed yesterday, that Betty's are killing me before they even spin up. I normally have a chance to lay down and not get killed. Yesterday, it was instant death, then I would here it spin up.

Tbh I hardly get a kill with it, and it being a 11 kill streak I believe it is pretty weak for what it is. But then again if it killed everyone what’s the point in having a normal nuke game finisher

I think the mini-nuke is good where it is at. 

On Sunday (I think) a player (!Lady) got 4 or 5 in one match ... as we continue to see players on the server that get 2-3 times the kills than our regular best players, making those weapons more powerful is only going to make the wins more lopsided than they already are when those players are on the server.  IMHO.

I've bailed a couple of times recently when those players visit because their kill rates are so ridiculous ... but I suppose that is a discussion for another thread.

I enjoy fighting all the best players. It sharpens skillz if you strive to be a good player like I do.

Might have something to do with server lag. It's been pretty darn laggy for the last 4 months. Lots of inconsistency in pings that used to be rock solid stable. Mine used to stay rite between 31/33ms and now it creeps up above 48ms and down to 30ms. I'm so used to the steady ping that I can definitely feel the 5-10ms+ deviation in ping just by walking around ingame. It actually makes it much harder for me to hit anything with an extremely accurate weapon such as the SMR or any of the sniper rifles.

I had to follow-up on this one as I used a mini-nuke the last two days (from kills not a pkg suckas) on the 4t4 Hangar map.  First took out 4 direct and 3 from burn.  Second was a stinker in comparison but still got 4.  Seems fine on the radius. 

Will say I've seen some dropped recently where it will only get one person.  Could be bad luck on the other team spawning and moving outside the drop or poor placement.  Shrug.

I played again after posting this and did not notice the same issue with the betty's. So yeah, I would just assume a lag issue at the time. Unsure on which end. Noticed some lag spikes on my TVs too over the past week, which is on WiFi. The computer his wired into the modem though, not that means anything.
