I am sure you got a full Police report so you can get your truck replaced? Our 2021 Chevrolet Z-71 RST Crew Cab with 6.2L 420HP is the best truck I have owned and can't imagine my family being in a accident while driving it. I would hate to have to replace a Truck that is only 7 months old but I could if needed but I can't replace my family members or repair all types of injuries, but your pictures should remind us all that you can't replace Family or fix them should they be permanently injured. My question about a ticket issued goes to who may be legally at fault like the Tesla speeding to get thru the light since they can speed up very quickly and difficult for a driver to punch it and keep it under the posted speed limit. Breaking the speed limit to blow thru a yellow light in most States is against the law and the speeding violation would have happened first and would be the primary violation.
