  5. If the contents of the phone and emails could be used in a criminal suite I would definitely turn it over to the authorities. Be careful trying to "hack" into a iPhone it could completely reset the phone back to Factory settings and you'll loose everything on it. I had to "hack" the 6th gen 32gb ipod touch I bought off of ebay. I got it for $30 shipped because it was iCloud Locked with unknown battery condition. Battery is fine but I had to Jail Break it to get it to work. iPods and iPhones use the same IOS. My iPod has a Jail broke version of IOS 8 on it. You can get into a iPhone with the USB Data cable and hook it to a PC to retrieve images but you can't retrieve email messages that way. Be careful trying to "hack" into a iPhone it could completely reset the phone back to Factory settings and you'll loose everything on it.

  11. Blizzard Sued “Cheat” Maker and Won Millions in Copyright Damages Added: Thursday, April 6th, 2017 Category: Recent Headlines Involving File Sharing > Ridiculous Criminal Trials Tags:ISP, Download, BitTorrent, MPAA, RIAA, copyright-infringement, file-sharing, Torrenting The German company, which developed several popular game cheats and hacks, lost a copyright infringement case to Blizzard Entertainment, with the court ordering it to pay more than $8.5 million in copyright damages. Besides, the cheat maker won’t be able to market or sell its products in the US. It is a significant loss for the German cheat maker, but it didn’t really come as a surprise given that it failed to defend itself. Along with the gaming market, the market for “cheats,” “hacks” and bots has also rapidly increased, and Bossland was one of the frontrunners in this field, creating cheats and bots for a range of popular Blizzard games such as World of Warcraft, Diablo 3, Heroes of the Storm, Hearthstone, and Overwatch. In short words, its products gave users an unfair advantage over the competition. Blizzard has been pursuing Bossland for quite some time, both in the US and Germany. Now a prominent US case came to a conclusion, which was relatively easy for Blizzard, since Bossland didn’t even show up and thus was ordered to pay several million in copyright damages. Blizzard claimed (and the court agreed) that hacks developed by the German company were able to bypass Blizzard’s cheat protection technology “Warden” and violated the DMCA. The game developer argued that Bossland infringed its copyrights and allowed its users to do the same through reverse engineering of the games and allowing users to play modified versions. Blizzard explained to the court that infringing actions were damaging to it because they rendered its anti-cheat protection ineffective and eventually ruined the gaming experience for other players who may lose interest in playing, thus causing additional damage. The court decided to side with the game developer and granted the statutory copyright damages requested for nearly 43,000 violations within the US, totaling more than $8,5 mln. On top of that, the game developer is entitled to about $175,00 in attorneys’ fees. Finally, the German company was also prohibited from marketing or selling its cheats in the US, in order to prevent further damage. However, cheats will remain widely available outside of the US for now. Thanks to TorrentFreak for providing the source of the article.

  21. As I told Hxtr, if it's not kept up to date you can try to use some of the old exploits, and even if it is kept up to date you can just turn the phone off and wait for an exploit for the current version to come about. It may or may not happen, but there aren't too many options.

  31. Ted's answer to "Beck's Bolero." I really liked this back then. It's too bad Ted turned into a giant douche. I can't help thinking he might have benefited from getting high once or twice, instead of throwing guys who did out of the band.
