What you Idiots don't know is that because I'm the best in the world, I play without a monitor to give you guys a shot at it. I play by sound only. Sometimes, if I find myself creeping toward number one in a game, I'll even start playing from the next map. Nope. Got to do better than this!!!

As one of the new COD5 admins, here is my perspective ... I started playing on XI about three years ago by chance ... just came across one of the servers and started playing. I had so much fun I constantly played on it and stopped looking for other servers. In my opinion, it was --- and still is -- the best COD5 server out there. About a year later, Beers asked if I was interested in joining the XI community. I've never been a member of an online gaming community and absolutely enjoyed playing here, so I said yes. Recently, I was asked if I was interested in becoming a COD5 admin. Frankly, I was kind of shocked. I've never been an admin, but everything -- the process, responsibilities, etc. were explained in detail. I can tell you one thing ... it's NOT an overnight process. I don't know how admins are considered, but it took two or three weeks to go through the process to become one AFTER you're asked. There's A LOT to learn about being an admin (manuals/rules, software downloads, etc.) that isn't exactly easy for an amateur like me. Being an admin has in NO way changed my attitude in the game. The ONLY thing I'm doing now is looking for cheaters/hacks and players that violate the posted server rules. By the way, admins can't just immediately kick or ban a player ... there's a procedure to follow. Also, some admins don't have the authority (or even access) to randomly change maps, re-start servers, etc.. I get that and I agree with it. I'm still on XI playing to have FUN. Many of you know each other in real life. I only know one XI member in real life ... my ex-wife (btw F.U. IceQueenHerb!) ... and I originally pointed her in the direction of XI after becoming a member. Even SHE has met or become real life friends with some XI members, which I think is awesome. We have so many funny, entertaining, interesting, intelligent, honest and intriguing people playing on XI servers -- both XI members and non-XI members. We also have some regular XI and non-XI players that are assholes, but they generally fit the previous categories as well :). I'll stop at this point and say that I have no idea what happens behind the big curtain. I just plan to keep playing on XI and have fun, and I encourage everyone else to do the same.

Commenting negatively about a drama filled subject is not something I'm willing to do. So I'm not going to say anything negative about the whole situation. To much Drama around the whole ordeal allready. Mistakes were made but hopefully we learned a thing or two. The community depends on a GOOD admin team that is fair and Firm in judgement. This event ranks amongst mankinds mysteries, why is it that when you open a tin of evaporated milk is it still there? Why can't McGrim shoot straight?, why aren't Queenie and Chile sharing a room? and other XI mysteries, Labob will have to wonder forever poor boy, and Harry will only squeal on his deathbed, goodnight Vienna r.i.p. So the news was suppressed I read the forums daily and I never know about all the action traranspireing . So from what I can gather COD5 is now left with two great admins Cat (love ya) and DJ smart dude. What does everybody think about how it all came about. Keep it clean first I hear of anybody bashing anybody I will ask that the post be deleted and my guess is it will be deleted. This is so I can understand how this all happened and went down. It did take a long time and it did have a big cost to the management team. Harry you post last old wind bag LOL

My creation this weekend just gone.. a beautiful rib on steak cooked over a grill served with stuffed mushrooms (also done on the grill). I did have to make some salad as I had my nephews to feed but I haven't bothered taking pictures of that cause it would have been a waste. No don't want to do this for all to see, should be members only, all I truly know (honestly) is that two people were arguing, but it seems to have gone completely off the map (no pun intended) and we lost a good admin, simple as that really. I don't care if you tell us or not what happened but if you do I suggest members only, for me leave it, it's over and done with and nothing will change it now.

Actually we tested a server once with @deerejon , and as soon as you jump your aim resets to center. So you can't jump and aim. That's how.. but I'm a jumper myself

This is all great stuff for a researcher (shit stirrer) like me, here we have our very own XI mystery, a dream for conspiracy theorists, I think it was aliens. I will call this our area 55 even though Queenie corrected it, any other theories before I'm banned ?

Its actually pretty easy. There are a few other clans with freezetag that have no hopping rules. You can also make it so that when you hop you can't shoot properly. I find it strange that this is an issue for people though. I played 82nd tactical realism and Esc mainly in the years before I started playing on Mw2. Both of those servers are/were no hopping. When I first started to play mw2 one of the reasons I enjoyed it is that I wanted to hop again ?. People like to use the argument that hoppers would be shit without hopping as well, this is hilarious. There is quite a bit of skill involved. Occasionally I still go and play other servers if I want a change of pace, but there must be a reason I continue to play on mw2. I am with @Dessy on this.

How do you shoot a hopping bunny? Hop in sync!! LOL! Pretty soon it'll look like popcorn, or a mosh pit! hee hee!! Rock on!

Is it my turn yet? Some good people dropped out of the COD5 admin ranks and I felt like it was my time to join them. As well, serving over the years as a game admin, a head admin and a senior admin and never receiving a single friggin pay check was all I could stands, and I couldn't stands no more. And that's all I got to say about that.

Well you asked Labob and I'm never shy to comment, from the ordinary members view it is (or was) obvious there were some troubles, but I for one never knew what, and that I suspect is the same for a lot of people. Then the guy who as far as I was concerned was one of the two main admins (with Spin), as until recently that is all anyone saw, and played there hours everyday disappeared, then everyone and his dog was made an Admin and that is who is left playing, I was on once with 5 admins and 2 players. All the regulars are disappearing and it is obvious to a blind man that numbers are down, I personally played on it less due to the constant tubing that was becoming the norm, but that was just me., in a nutshell not the same server that once contained a real good bunch of people who played for fun, the fun died, at least for me, but I do go back when I see the good guys/girls on. What really went on quite frankly I do not care about, it is none of my business, but I am sad to see what has happened, and so I guess are others.
