Just replace the main exe file with a working v1.7 Steam exe and it will work again.

I watch all the races and would love to see Max win a few more to break up the MB and Ferrari dominance. I believe there will be some new rules for next year with some changes to the cars. Looking forward to that. They are also going to repave the Austin track which was very bumpy looking this year. Was a good season overall Hamilton deserves the win. I think Max and Leclerc will be the ones to watch next year. I always give a cheer for Lance Stroll even though Racing Point are usually near the bottom of the list. In the end its all about the money and oh yes the Tires or should I say Tyres.

The modern, as we now know it, formula one did indeed start in England with the first event being run at Silverstone, and the vast majority of teams are based there, in the Oxfordshire area mainly. Its forerunner was the European grand prix that blossomed after the second world war, but Bernie Ecclestone is credited into making it the sport you see today. I have been a lifelong motorsports fan but modern formula one racing is in my opinion boring, if you want to see excitement with real danger, and close racing, go to one of the Irish motorcycle road racing events, held on public roads, those boys and girls rock. Formula one nearly died out in the early 60's and it is sad to see it going the same way, look at how few teams compete now with astronomical costs. I just remember the early Ecclestone days in my teens and the struggles he had to introduce commercialism, which saved the sport in reality. They need to get more teams involved now before fossil fuelled sport dies a natural death in years to come.

So @FunkJosh>XI< and @kage were in Team Speak this morning. So we were talking to Funk about how he happy he was that he got the new Modern Warfare! Then he said a couple things that puzzled me. The first was that the next map he is playing is Downpour which struck me funny. The second was the bought the game on Steam! Then we were really puzzled. I was pretty sure it was not available on steam so I looked. Upon looking he bought the wrong game thinking it was the new one. He bought the COD4 remastered version and not the right game! Can't stop pointing at him and laughing! Come on TS and join in!

@J3st3r The internet is full of different reviews between AMD and Intel with all kinds of benchmarks (including overclocking). Most people choose AMD because of the price difference. AMD makes quality products (in my opinion). It's a personal opinion/choice to whoever chooses to purchase what they want. I am 100% all the way for AMD. AMD's low end rocks all over Intel's high end. AMD is for the people. They keep their prices to an affordable level. It's not all about their pockets like Intel is. Intel is losing money and has reduced some of their prices by 50% lately.

I see some of the comments and think its sad that for me and many others the specs required will mean yet another pc costing £1500 - £2000. As this is an ever increasing spiral you are almost forced to cheaper consoles, I am the only one among friends still playing on a pc, they laugh at me. The sheer size of new releases in hard drive capacity, and video cards in particular are staggering if you look back only five years. If this carries on, and it will, you may need a new pc every year. It is the first in the series I have never owned, or played, which should be a warning sign to all that the end may be in sight for pc gaming for the mass market. I plan to reluctantly upgrade my computer with the end of support for my beloved windows 7, so like J3st3r hope that prices will fall by then. It may be great but I too can't afford it, and I'm not a poor man.
