Speaking on behalf of the banning admin, and the rest of the COD4 admin team, your appeal has been denied. You were banned once before, you were warned about using a scroll wheel/key bind/macro back in July, and we as an admin team all agree that your ban should stay. Even if you would have been given a second chance, how you handled yourself during the appeal, and by coming in our server with another GUID while under appeal, that is enough to now make the ban permanent.

Like I explain myself before the decision take it by the agreement of the 100% of admins in Cod4 is based not only in the video, But there are other situations taken into consideration.This player was previously banned in 2014 by pbbans, and he's now come in under a different GUID while under ban appeal. Also its more information we are managing behind the doors. The rest, as you can understand, is what we discuss amongst the admins, and is not for public record.

Check out this video at about the 35 sec mark, this is how he was shooting his shotgun the whole time when I was playing with him and why I asked to see video proof that he wasn’t scroll wheeling or something else. His video didn’t prove his or my side so all I can go by is how he is shooting the shotgun and how accurate he is with it. Plankton is an aliases he uses

I rarely answer these types of messages that do not contribute much to my clan or my activity and much less to me as a person. But I'm going to do my part to try to make something positive out of all this. First of all, I thank you Noam for contributing the video that was requested by the founder of this clan and a Head admin of the game in question. It is being taken into consideration with the rest of the evidence that we have. On the other hand I would like to let you know that although you may be upset for the decision made, the kind of messages you have written about our Head adm who is also one of the most beloved people in our family / clan and to anyone else on this topic. , it does not help you at all, on the contrary it is that other factor that we look at to evaluate your current situation. But this I advise you to stop the aggression and teasing towards everyone in general. Thank you for understanding and for your patience until the final decision is made. About the rest of the people who say they have been administrators, I invite you to reflect on the lightness of their messages, we at Cod4 do not make a decision without evidence or internal debate among our entire team, so assume that we do not have sufficient evidence to have proceeded as up to now it results from your total ignorance of our system. The evidence provided by the player is evaluated with the endless number of recorded videos, records that we have for years archived and history of other banks of informations and previous bans that person may have. We are quite open to the diversity of skills of the players, and we do not get carried away by simple complaints like those that occur right here in this topic or when they complain verbally in the game. The follow-ups are exhaustive and arduous although it may seem to many of you that we only lower our thumbs when we like someone. You may not be a full on cheater, but you are still exploiting a single shot weapon to fire faster than intended. Not only that you seem to be extremely toxic and in my opinion you should just move on and find another server/clan that allows that kind of toxic and abusive behavior.

Yes sir. Such genuine people. Each with a set of personality characteristics that makes them entertaining & endearing. Brings me happiness that the revenue from the channel bought that one dude some teeth. His pure joy is transformative for him; he's a much happier person & a humorous side to him is hilarious. He says in one episode "See, now I can eat in style." Too funny. And that Chaudry dude, his facial expressions are more emotive than anyone I've ever witnessed. Omg, that look of betrayal when they give him sour shit to eat ; priceless. Then there's dude with the stache & all those rings; head of his tribe I believe & full of a stylish joie de vivre that's surprising to see in such a remote, agrestic locale. And the one guy who always explains how something is good or bad for cough; he's hilarious, too. Don't know where they find such original characters, but they're refreshingly entertaining. And thankful for what they have, which is nice to see also. Adds perspective to my life.

sorry to say this on here, but if u call that scroll shooting then u really need to watch a video of someone who actually uses it. I can shoot the same rate as Noam with a normal single fire sniper or even shotgun. Experience learns you to click faster, atleast from my opinion.

wow same old same old. This topic has always been around is he/she cheating? I was once an admin and this happened to me and other admins. I think that sometimes for the good of the game certain people need to move on or be moved on. This may seem harsh but the Clan has a right to enable its regular players to have a decent game without servers being emptied by cheaters or not cheaters. Difficult decisions are made behind the scenes and Admins cannot make everyone happy. They can simply do their best. Sometimes a spectacular player comes along and ruins it for others so decisions are made. TBH if I was that good I d want to play more worthy players, or maybe the just enjoy kicking ass and causing problems. I dont know anything about this beef but it is a hard decision for Clans that have to be made. If you dont agree with decisions then you are free to find entertainment elsewhere

Is this the m4a10? That does look dodgy as hell. Maybe a reload cancel script or something? Don't even think that's a scroll wheel it's easy to test and mine goes no where near that fast when on scroll wheel. Can you recreate the last vid @Wardogs411

17.9 is an old cod4x version that is no longer compatible with current cod4x servers. They require client 19.1 However, the box should not pop up unless you are trying to join a cod4x server and afaik XI doesnt have one.

Looks like you have a steam version and they suggested to upgrade from v17... I would make a copy of your iw3mp.exe found here C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty 4 just in case you can swap them out should you ever have a problem....There is also one that you can download in our Cod4 download section that I put there some years ago.. My current iw3.mp size is 3252kb/3.17mb if you want to compare the sizes.. Mine is from steam as well but have not had anything like that

In the past, that has resulted in a permanent ban. Should be a permanent ban in this situation, too.

I think we've wasted enough time on this. If he has a second guid it is obvious he is exploiting the game.

I think the videos you just posted are more what they were looking for, but perhaps freezetag would be even better as originally intended. I fully support you being given that opportunity. My original post was tongue in cheek but I can see how it may cast doubt in peoples minds not having the full screen in view. You hadn't posted the above videos when I made my suggestion, so maybe that will suffice. For what it's worth I haven't ever had the impression that you were doing anything suspicious. I know it can be frustrating to be constantly accused of something you aren't doing. There is another side to this which I type in full view for everyone to see. We had an ex member receive a ban for suspected cheating last year, which was never proven. I personally didn't ever have the impression he was cheating. In the end what I think really did him in or certainly contributed was starting to defend himself but then it got to the point it became an all out war. I personally think some of the admins involved were in the wrong on that issue as they shouldn't have allowed it to reach that stage. I have made the point to admins before that I don't believe some of them would take near the accusations and abuse that some of us have received over the years. It's all well and good to tell someone to grow a thick skin, but sometimes life can get in the way and you can be more reactive to things. Anyway unless there is information I am not privy to, I think it should have been stated near the beginning of the thread that the original video wasn't of high enough quality, and could you please post the full screen, whether or not you believed that to be an issue. As stated, I do believe you should be given that opportunity.

Honestly, to deny either of the videos you'd have to be either incredibly stupid or biased - two things I'd hope an admin wouldn't be. The burden of proof isn't even on me, it's on WildPenguin who can't possibly have any proof as she's wrong. If you don't know what's possible in a game you shouldn't be moderating its players, especially if you don't even bother checking things you don't know. As someone who was an admin in many games/servers this whole thing is just baffling...

Unless you have something of actual substance to say why don't you find better things to do with your time instead of bashing him. Noam is spot on when he says emotional bs. He could post what you want and you still wouldn't believe him lol I am sick of it now. I will go out of my way and look at anything related to people being called cheats, hackers, etc.. because there are times like this when someone who is actually GOOD, gets called a hacker and a cheater and ends up getting the ban hammer even when proof is provided directly in front of them. I have been in that position a multitude of times because I was really competitive when I used to play on 1.1 - 1.5 patches. If you think he cheats then I must be a cheater too then.

Im just going to throw it out there that I also click super fast and people think I scroll wheel fire too lol. For youngins, firing off 12 shots in 2 seconds isn't special it just comes with finger dexterity which is lacking in most for unknown reasons.. Its obvious he is just a super fast clicker, maybe plays too many rhythm games or clicks the mouse too much like me lol It seems all this could've been avoided if people acted maturely throughout this entire thread. Some people take everything personally. When this guy posted proof that he clicks fast, your only reply is the screen? He shows evidence of the mouse, you can see the mouse move with the bottom of the screen, you can track him clearly. What would seeing the entire screen do for you? To see if he is cheating elsewhere because you're so entrenched in the idea he cheats that you won't believe proof in front of you? There is only so far you can take this guys. In my honest opinion he isn't cheating. I've seen scroll firing and that ain't it. I've seen blatant wallhacks and aimbots, been playing COD for 15+ years, seen it all. This guy looks legit and for him to go out of his way, continually fighting to clear his name and even posting a video to PROVE he doesn't, says something. Why would he waste 30 mins of his time to make and upload a video if he cheats, the thought processes here just don't make any sense to me. Banning him is a terrible thing and the wrong thing to do.

I think the really unhelpful part is the fact that half of players think scroll wheeling isn't allowed and the other half think it is. Can we just get a definitive answer right here from the Head/Senior Admins? That'd clear a lot up

@Angelz You do know that he was banned from competition for hacking in Painkiller don't ya? lol I played with him in his Quake 3 and CSS days and he definitely used modded configs for CSS. Parts of it have been, as posted. They have the 3.5 in the upper right and the audio cuts out at those times. However you should have also shown all of your weapon and the fire animations+fx and such, including your mouse, if making a case video between your control and the action in the game. Just for sake of clarity.
