It's Angelz with a Z LOL My first experience at online gaming and a clan was 18 years ago. 2 months after I joined my 1st clan I was made an admin of servers, ts and website. I had no idea what that was and I learned it as time went by. No they do not have to have experience. To get experience they first must be given the position. Not 1 admin I had had ever been an admin before and they turned out awesome. I have always given admin status to people after I get to know them. It's mostly about the character of an individual. I have always looked for a calm, respectful person that doesn't get all up in the air over stupid shit. Kick/ban guests because they kill them. Accusing guests of cheating because they die. etc etc I have taken members tags away for repeatedly accusing innocent gamers of cheating, being ignorant to guests and members above and beyond, etc etc. I am all about the fun in gaming. Nothing worse than listening to someone being negative on a daily basis, it gets old quickly. I have no tolerance for disrespect. 8 out of 10 people (especially older people) are arrogant and cocky when they get attacked verbally or in posts. If they can do that in a post or be rude in chat just because they think they are superior I would not want them as an admin because they would do the same to a guest in a server. I would prefer to keep my servers full.

How are other going to gain experience if you keep kicking them to the curve..It not take ROCKET science to this job @Labob..you know and I know it.. Why couldnt he helped the others to gain experience instead of bitching about server lag and other not doing their job.. @Ruggerxi what kind of message you sending here to wanna be Admins in future brother..No wonder NOT many want to this shit.. My 2 cents..I am done.. I am sorry @AthenA and @XxSNO0PxX ...lesson learned though..
