I noticed the conquest maps are quite rare now. I observed quite a few rounds of capture the flag and obliteration this afternoon. I had to double check that I was on the US server as I usually see this on the EU server. Naturally I left during these rounds as I don't like OB or CTF. I understand fully that the Europeans like this style of play, however there are quite a few of us Americans and dare I say Canadians that prefer CQ and DOM on the US server. There are even a few of us that really like vehicles. Would it be possible to put more CQ vote options in and fewer OB and CTF? I find myself going to other servers which I prefer not to do as I am an Idiot and would like to support our servers. Thanks and I would like add a general FU to everyone, especially @@HellKid, @@EDD THE DUCK, and @ just because someone should fuck him! If CTF and OB are being played, its because that is what the people are voting for. We get lots of praise and thanks for our Mixed Mode server. I agree, I like CQL best. So here is what I'll do. I changed Votemap, so that it will allow for older maps/modes that have not been played for a while. This will push more CQL to the top. I re-added Flood Zone CQ, Golmund Railway CQ so now there are 33 CQL maps in rotation vs. the other 3 or 4. Just remember, any player with [XI] tags has a value of 3 per vote. Once Double XP is over I play for fun...run any map you want. jn You can easily score as many pts in OB and CTF as CQL. Just need to ALWAYS be near the flag or bomb. Considering you get ~ 250-300 pts for killing the bomb carrier, and ~100-200 pts for just touching the bomb, pts rack up quickly. Lets not even get into what happens when you launch a UCAV at a group of 6-8 guys trying to get the bomb. Thats a good 1500 pts alone.
