server one is not hardcore and you have to unload   the weapon to kill someone.make that server hardcore pls.push the button

You will get used to it again, like we all used to play there. The maps there are also much better. Plus the atmosphere is also much more relax nobody swears and everybody is very respectfull there. No fu.

Ok lets check it out tonight. I have noticed if I toss EMP and I don't see a +60  I don't get credit. Often times I throw EMP but someone is already defrosting the guy so I either don't get any credit or just a few points on my score.

Wasn't it because you went on a sabbatical to find @g-spot and then you returned to @@google after I presume you didn't find any thing? I am just thinking out loud here...

 

RC cars have been part of XI's MW2 Ftag mod ever since I started playing here, over 3 years I think. The mod wasn't as well developed and refined back then as it is now. So please.... don't give me the I don't play because RC cars are scary. You just can't handle the boom, the I BOOM BOOM.

Would a small measure to appease those who feel strongly about this be an idea? I'm not bothered either way, but what about making the emps slightly more effective against the car? Something like even if the person with the car has hardwired, the emp still has a 25% chance of disabling it? Kind of like when you knife a sentry gun there is a change it can blow you up. That is then balanced out slightly by the fact that the player has used their emp and can no longer thaw a teammate with it. It is annoying as hell when you have hardwired on and a car just circles around you and blows you up after the 30s is up, although I guess it goes both ways cause its fun when you do it to someone else

The 30 seconds is a manual timer not an electric one as a backup. Think of it as a kitchen timer. Ding!

 

As for defrosting, correct if someone is also already doing it you get a partial score. The same as doing it via a beam or proximity. Defrost points combine. So 1/2 a defrost on one player, plus 1/2 on another player, adds up to 1 full defrost and 1 assist. Always been this way and both players and cars use the same functions for it.

Tubes are Not a problem if you use the Flac Jacket perk.They won't even hurt you then.

 

RC Cars are annoying as fuck.Don't know wtf is going on but some people can EMP them and it stops them dead me and most other people can EMP them 50 times and it barely slows them down.Thinking that the Hardwired Perk is active when you are in an RC car and it renders the RC Car immune to EMP and EMP Counter Measures.Which I think should be changed.

Yea thats never gonna happen. You will have an anarchy on your hands and I would lead the charge!! I am a tuber and proud of it, this game is meant to be enjoyed and thats one of the only ways I enjoy it. Im not awesome at this game and never really have been but the tube gives me a fighting chance and it allows me to enjoy playing the game still. If they get rid of the tubes we better ban bunny hopping too.

If you have hardwired your RCXD has hardwired and EMP nade only slows you down. Any other perk and it will kill your RCXD  @@J3st3rXI The EMP betty disables RCXD regardless of which perk you use.

Hmmmm doesn't stop them for me just slows them down a little.Once and a great while it will stop an RC but it rarely does for me.

There's no reason to use anything besides a shotgun in MW2. Solves all my problems. But anyway, if you use the perk 3 Flak Jacket, you can tank one, if not both, tubes. Normally you die from splash damage from tubes, not direct impact. An emp grenade disables the cars a lot quicker than they used to. Combine Flak Jacket with an additional 3, 5, or 7 deathstreak Body Armor advantage, and tubes are nothing to worry about. What I don't like about the RC-XD is the spawn protection granted after the killstreak is over. Same with the Predator, Smartbombs, AGM, and AC130. Granted, I don't usually stop running ever, but getting knifed in the back when you can't even see the enemy coming is annoying. When I do use the RC-XD, it is purely to defrost. If the timer runs out, yeah I might blow someone up if they are next to me. What is good about them, or Predators, Smartbombs, AGMs, and AC130s is that if you hit a car and blow it up, and an enemy, that counts towards your killstreak. I normally use the 4-killstreak SAM Turret, so if I can get that 4th kill while in an RC-XD, it makes me happy.

You also can't creep around slowly or camp like a potato. That's too easy for tubes and RC-XD's. I don't use Flak Jacket or Hardwired. Stealth is the best perk 3 in the mod.

I use the 3 killstreak UAV more than the RC-XD. It's not hard to get 3 kills. If you use Flak Jacket or Hardwired, you are a dot on my radar. My whole team knows where you are. Tubes through windows, etc. Another reason why Stealth is amazing.

 

My setup: SPAS-12 with Grip, .44 magnum, Frag grenade, Smoke Grenade, Armor Piercing, Dead Silence, and Stealth. I change my killstreaks depending on the map, but the SAM-Turret is my favorite, so I always use that.

The flak jacket is as the name suggests for flak, therefore it's effective against tubes and surprisingly against RPG and smaw s as well.

 

For the cars it's Hardwired. It's the third perk.
