COD 4 help please...servers not showing ping

Hi there, I've been trying to get into the XI servers I have saved in my favourites, and none of them have been showing "ping" since yesterday.....I'm not computer friendly and hoping someone may have a suggestion for me...refreshing doesn't help, I can't find XI servers when I look under the Internet as a source.........I can see there are presently 30 people in the server from the website, but my favourites does not refresh to show that.

Any suggestions?

I have had that problem from time to time.  I have to reboot my computer and that fixes it.

Do you use steam? Sometimes I have to reboot as well like GG said. However if you are using steam you might need to right click on your game and right click on it. Go to properties and verify the integrity of your game. That will fix it. IF you are using steam.

I don't use steam...but ill try another reboot

Did u fix it? As GG I had that problem to ... What I did its enter manually the server IP and I addedd it again on my favorites.  I hope it helps.

ShadowLady what operating system  using  ?   if win10 the last update screwed the network

Tried a reboot..then a system restore and no luck...

I'll have to try following that link Kaptin....I have to work the next couple of nights so I won't get back to try until Monday or Tuesday...ill keep you posted with my luck!

before we can help you  did you  install  any programs  before cod did not  show the servers   or did you do  any upgrades  like updates or maybe a  internet connection  problem.

 

if not try to reinstall call of duty  again  completly remove it and reinstall.  save your profile first.

It happen to me too love..Like I said..system restore to before update, that last one was a beeech.. Worked for me..

ShadowLady   maybe the ice storm took out a network hub in your area  may come back once power is restored
