It sure does make since, when my friend redid the game set up to run on windows 10 so I had no directx issues and running on old OS settings? he said he could not get the game to run using my sound card so the game plays using the onboard sound so I have just had speakers running. Made the wife happy because with no Mic I don't swear or bicker at all when I game so my house is claamer as is my BP. Long story short I plugged a mic in the front of the PC and low and behold COD2 loads and runs. Yippie and thanks for that info you have no idea how frustrated I have been with no COD2 TDM Sniper Maps on the early weekend mornings, loads of fun

WWII Mercenary aka my old buddy Wayne who used to play with me in EGC before we met Swiss and found XI and joined together with Putzer way back in summer of 2006 has been MIA for some time on our servers as a member but would play COD4 from time to time passed away in mid Dec. 2018 from Heart issues. I know some of you will remember him and his game play and also his bitching about lag etc but he was one hell of a good guy. In the past few years we had lost touch with each other due to life being busy and him having to start a new business after the recession forced him to close the Diamond Business he had owned for over 30 years and sell the home he had raised his children in for financial reasons. His name had popped up a few times recently with old friends coming back to the COD2 servers and hoping to find some old friends. I am heartbroken to have to pass on this news because love him or hate him he supported XI even after he dropped his tags and you always knew where you stood with him. May he rest in Peace and still be driving his Porsche Carrera Cabriolet in Heaven. I will miss you Dude

I just figured out why I couldn't get COD2 to run. I fixed the issue and am pretty sure I will in game this weekend for some sniper maps. Are we still running those on the TDM rotation? and when does the DM server get rocking?

After months of worrying. Today I finally found out that I do not have Cancer. I have been suffering with pain and Bowel problems for months with blood and constant sickness and pain. As you can imagine you start to fear the worst so I went to my GP in October who immediately booked me in for tests and to see a specialist. At first it was pretty quick I had an ultrasound within a week followed by an appointment to see the specialist the next who gave me a prostate exam straight away, It was swollen and enlarged but he said not to worry lets wait for the other tests. So the first week of December I went in for a Endoscopy and a Colonoscopy at the same time , The Endoscopy went great although uncomfortable they saw everything they needed too, But the Colonoscopy could only go so far because my intestines have too tight a loop for the camera. So they had to book me in for a CT Scan which happend Dec 22 . So Because of Christmas I did not get any news or Results till Today, And I was told it is not Cancer. I still have more tests to go but I am not worried. Diagnosis so Far Stomach Ulcers non Cancerous Polyp's and a Sliding Hiatus Hernia around 5cm. The Meds I am now on seem to be dealing with the pain and a lot of the stomach problems so its looking not to bad hopefully i will be back to work ASAP. The only reason I did not mention it sooner there was a lot of bad news over Christmas and you guys did not need anymore so I kept it to myself (In fact me and Donna did not tell the kids either no point in worrying them) But Its all good Thanks for reading and I hope you All have a blessed and healthy year. Good to hear Pman. TDM is still running sniper maps, as well as others. TDM starts to get busy at 8:00 CT on the weekends/holidays. Hope to see you there tomorow morning.

This is just an announcement where i live our Sheriff past away it was really sad because he was apart of mine and Gumps life for many years and he will be missed dearly and not taking away from that in anyway but i would like to congratulate my Dad Gump on becoming the new Sheriff of our county i am beyond proud of him and although it was under sad circumstance the reason he got the position im so proud.
