Yes, it is very good........can't believe that it is actually from Microsoft. It has gotten great reviews and I have replaced AVG and other programs with it. I would recommend it. No way! Microsoft/Malware combo with a dose of Spybot and run thru a router. I also use Firefox with WOT (web of trust) add-on. Also No-Script add-on. Guess some folks haven't heard of botnets and drive-by infections... Heck, there are even back doors into OS X these days! I have long rated AVG's free offering but it doesn't include some features of the paid-for product. Both Norton and McAfee products have caused me real headaches. Symantec had to send me three A4 pages of instructions to remove their product from my system once and that isn't the mark of a great program!
